Needs a good modernization

Friendly staff and clean room but lack of sound proofing, could hear somebody snoring all night from the room next door. Good location for the airport, but better similar priced hotel around the corner.

Very well situated next to the airport and subway.

It's overall fine and ok. I mostly stay there because of traveling to work. For my needs all what I want.

A small hotel very close to the Hamburg airport at a reasonable price. Plentiful breakfast buffet starting at 4 am. makes is easy to get something to eat before catching the shuttle next door for an early flight.

No coments. The best thing about it was his convenience from the airport and they provided a shuttle.

They allow me to check in early. Breakfast is excellent

In the room I had on the 2nd floor, I thought that the room furniture was very outdated, it looked like something from the 1970's, the shower was awkward for me to get in and out of as the shower base was about 18"-20" (45-50cm) deep. Also the lighting in the corridor between the stairs and my room was dark at night, I had to use the light on my phone as the light illumination was from the stairs sign above the exit door.

Very close airport location, free airport shuttle; nice breakfast buffet offered for only 8 Euros. Beds were comfy, room spacious. Hotel is a bit outdated but perfect for overnight stay

The main issue in the hotel are the floorboards - they creak like mad. Even though there are no flights between 10.30pm and 6pm you can't get sleep as every step on the stairs and in the rooms seems to creak.

Excellent location for an airport hotel. And the free shuttle service is very helpful. There is also an excellent vegan restaurant close by for dinner -- The Vegan Eagle. We had some noisy neighbhours beside us that made it a little difficult to get to sleep but our room had an extra door to the bedroom that reduced noise. Very comfortable beds.

no wifi, could not process the payment on either of my 2 credit cards, was very loud throughout the night, forgot about my shuttle booking in the morning when I had booked it the previous night.

I was surprised that there was not a coffee machine in the room. I always like to drink coffee at odd hours and it was not convenient. No soap in shower. Just one in the sink for washing hands. Any other cheap hotel or motel has soap in the shower. We did not take shower because of that.

Great place extremely close to the airport. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Reasonably priced. The room and bathroom had plenty of space. No air conditioner. One thing, being that close to the airport, the planes fly right over the motel to land. They stop later in the evening. Kind of noisy. Not many restaurant choices in the area.

Close to the airport. But good experience stops there. Stinks of smoke. Rooms haven't been updated since the 90s. First room I was given still had the previous inhabitant's dirty sheets. Second bedroom hadn't been made up so i made the bed myself; and there was no towel. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the next door room. The free apple in the reception was rotten (probably why it was free). Should have stayed somewhere cheaper and nicer and paid for a taxi to the airport. Or even walked!

The location is excellent, a 2 minute free shuttle bus to the airport; I arrived at the hotel by public transportation and no problem either, I walked maybe 5 minutes from the closest Subway station. Small intimate hotel with very helpful and friendly staff; rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you could need for a stopover. For a small fee you can enjoy a nice german breakfast buffet with fresh buns and breads, jams, eggs, cold cut and cheese, yoghurt etc. Wifi is free but not very consistent and slow.

Hotel is located within walking distance to the airport and an easy bus ride from the train station. Rooms are ok.

No shampoo was offered and only hand soup to use in the shower

Check in super easy. Desk person very helpful.

I gave it a low rating because the bed was hard, but, more importantly, the shower was disgusting. It seriously needed more bleach. The mold and mildew was awful.
