The hotel is convenient if you want to be near the city. It provides the basics. However, you cannot control the temperature of the water faucets. Having a car is beneficial. However, be careful when driving into the Village because there is only one main street and it fits one car a t a time. On the first night of my stay two cars were exiting and I was forced to pull to the side. Unfortunately I hit the wall and scratched my rental.

The quietness, good for relaxing. However, did not like that I can’t have visitors in my own room, and the view of the deluxe rooms are horrible.

Frontdesk staff was super friendly and attentive especially the young guy (cant remember his name). The frontdesk staff made our stay much easier, they showed me how to catch the bus and all that. The only downside is that there is no blanket in the rooms, no hot shower and no elevevator. Overall i had a great stay but the rooms are pretty much outdated

Lovely place, very friendly and helpful staff, deluxe apartment nice and maintained, location perfect, close to city center. Urban pool and bar make it a nice place to have a chill day of relaxation.

We were surprised at the affordability and location of the Ritz Village. The little balcony was nice and the rooms are large. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

was at the ritz village with my brother from the 10th to the 19th of April. We stayed in a very spacious room, large beds, equipped kitchen, we really liked it, we just found the curtains very light. We were very satisfied with the service at reception and the staff, they were always attentive, polite and provided excellent treatment. Very well located hotel, we would return to the hotel and Curacao again

You definitely get what you paid for based on the quality of the place. What we were really disappointed about was when booking a standard queen room, they failed to mention in the description that they are lofts. I was travelling with my mother, who unfortunately struggles with stairs. So she ended up sleeping on the couch every night and when we said something they offered us a cot if we paid them $30 more a night. We definitely feel there was false advertising and would never recommend anyone should stay here in the future.

I love that it is its own community. The place has its own mini grocery store, bar/resto, pool. Staffs are super friendly. Parking available. My hotel room has its own fridge, hot plate and toaster microwave, basically a kitchenette. Which is amazing. Room is spacious. What I wish they would provide as an option is having a comforter instead of just a thin sheet. Overall, I had a great time and a great rest here. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at the Ritz village. The people working there were very friendly and helpfull. Housekeeping gave us good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Definitely coming back in the future.

The location is very central right in town. The rooms are basic , simple just what i needed a bed a shower a kitchen cabinet , a pool kind front desk staff , free parking all i needed was there.

I was impressed with the property and felt at home. It had everything to accommodate from a fully functional kitchen to a washer. Very nice pool area and bar. Would definitely go back.

I received and upgrade and got an apartment, it was in great conditions. To improve from hotel, spend 25minutes awaiting for reception guy to come up.

It would be good to have a phone on the room to call when needed. You have to go to the reception to ask for what you need.

I love the location of the property. I dislike the fact that the breakfast is basically the same every day.

We stayed in one of the new upper apartments at the back of the property. Very nice, clean and modern space. We had a car to get around and the property offered free parking. Without a car, the location isn’t close to restaurants, supermarkets or the beach. Otherwise excellent though!

The property is nicely maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The only downside was the lack of hot water.

Cold water no hot at all . No bedspread just a sheet no washcloth just hand towels.room smell like a sewer .ac loud and don’t get cool .shower drain backed up water overflow on to floor.I checked out a day early and they would not give me a refund for the day that I did not stay..

1.Outdated rooms 2.Repetitive and limited breakfast. 3.Failed solar system. (There was NEVER hot water for showering). 4. Nice staff at the bar.

I had a wonderful stay. The residences were clean and modern. The pool and restaurant added convenience and Willemstad is in walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay at the ritz village! Clean room, great location and super friendly staff! Walking distance to shops and food, yet far enough away to avoid hustle and bustle. On site beach pool was great! Franklin is the best host to enjoy your evening lounging by the pool. Note: We did not have hot water in the shower, not a big deal but unexpected.

Great location if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in a safe location. You have three options depending on your budget. The Hostel, The Hotel and the Residence. The whole "village" is gated with 24hrs security. The area looks unsafe but the houses around are just abondonned. Many banks and government building around and camera all along the streets. So looks can be deceiving lol. The "village" has two large pools, one in a beach type area and another close to the hotel. 3 bubble jacuzzis. And one bar. The bar is open all day and happy hour for an hour (5-6 pm). The hotel room was cozy and clean. The bed is a little squeaky and the bed sheet can be too thin if you sleep with the AC on. We didn't use the TV much during our stay but works well. The kitchen is very well equipped with cookingware, knives, plates, mugs and drinking glass and utensils. The bathroom is nice and clean as well. The shower water can be cold. Here are a few suggestions that I would love for the hotel to have: - Have someone help you with your bags when you check in and out as the hotel has no elevator. The Residence has some. - The breakfast process was very confusing. You have to pay for your breakfast the day before at the front desk and the breakfast is serve at the bar the next morning from 8-10 am. The breakfast is was my least favorite part of the hotel. A few cereal options, eggs and bacon that barely filled up your plates. Some guests would walk in thinking breakfast was spread.

Pool area

Not as advertised. Had to cancel reservations and Immediately rebooked to accommodations elsewhere.

Service was excellent at this hotel. Manager and all front staff were super helpful. The breakfast was very basic..same thing every single morning. Expedia advertises this hotel " on a white sand beach" it is not...The pool area at the back is a small man made beach. Nice location to town
