Room was filthy, there was a nasty loogie/spit on the wall next to bedheqd.

Place smelt like pot everywhere. So many no smoking signs but smelled when i walked in the room and on property. Was scolded about asking for towels and too many visitors on property that took all the parking.

They don't know how to talk with costumers. The guy at the reception was awful. Better to sleep in your car than in this place...

A terrible place. The room was very dirty. There were wet towels in the bathroom. There were no wash clause. The bedsheets had stains. And the tenants were up all night fighting and yelling.

The parking was difficult. There were cockroaches and ants in the room. There was no mirror. The door lock was difficult to operate. The toilet paper was see-through.

good for just laying your head overnight but not for several days

Check in I had to fill out a piece of paper with my info, we booked on Expedia that was unnecessary. I wont say what was hanging over the shower rod from the last guest but other than that it was clean.

I selected this property due to location. Bad idea! The room was not very clean. There were marks and stains on the walls, the air conditioner was incredibly noisy (it did drown out the freeway though). They only supplied bath towels in the room (one of which was stained) there weren't any washcloths, hand towels or bath mat. The shower head sprayed painful jets of high pressure water and the bed felt like it was a concrete slab. The main lighting in the room was a bare fluorescent tube fixture. The flooring wasn't installed properly and squeaked no matter where you stepped. There was a hole in the wall from prior plumbing in the wash basin area. People were coming and going into various rooms at all hours of the night and slamming doors as they left.

Its located in a dark residential area.takes time to open at the lobby even when you ring the bell. We just left. No one was answering.

You really shouldn’t be paying over 100$ To stay at this motel. Pictures can be deceiving. Room was not properly cleaned from top to bottom. Hair at the bathroom floor to dust on the tv to dirty walls. Chances are I will not be staying here again.

My stay was very unpleasantly expensive!! The price Was very very high I am never ever coming back. I could have stayed at the Hilton for that pay!!! :(

I got eaten alive by bed bugs and not only was the owner (the older gentlemen there in the mornings) extremely ride to me but was rude to my father as well. Check out is ten am and he started calling my room at 930 asking for the key. I needed help carrying some things down with me and the owner wouldn't let my FATHER upstairs to help me carry my things. The younger man who works at night was wonderful but the rude gentleman and the bed bugs kinda ruined my stay. The bathroom smelled like sewer and axe body spray and the toilet wasn't clean. Now I'm covered in bed bug bites and miserable. Just ridiculous and disgusting.

It was just about the right price. It’s very close to Rose Bowl. Room is pretty clean than I thought.

For the price, this location was a great value. The staff were very friendly and helpful in person, but I had trouble getting them on the phone during business hours. They are conveniently located near a major highway, and very easy to find. Theyve taken an older building and given it new life. Well maintained in its present form.

The staff was very helpful. No closet in the room. No light above the mirror in the bathroom WiFi was good

The front desk was very helpful. My only issue was that there was an atm machine on the premises that did not seem to work. Other than that, will look forward to staying.there again.
