Room was clean, beds were decent, complimentary water bottles was a nice touch, overall 8 of 10.

The location is nice but the rooms are stuffy windows don’t open, sheets little stinky, pillows too soft, carpet smells iffy, room smelled like perfume, didn’t have a feeling of cleanliness. Place feels rather abused and dirty.

Could not even read the written room number had to ask front desk person a few times what the number was?

Great location, 11 miles from SJC Airport, close enough to Santa Cruz and San Francisco for day trips. Super clean and lovely hotel!

Booked a room for a great price at this hotel for a weekend. $99/night was an incredible deal!

There was one big issue for the booking. I already pre-paid to Expedia. The hotel didn't provide a receipt to me when I asked during checkout and was told they will email it to me. After I was back home and checked the email receipt, the balance is not 0. The hotel changed another $170. I called back to correct this mistake. If I was not careful to check my bill, I would be double charged.

We had a miscommunication where we had to check-in a day later and had called the hotel that we will be late and was promised our room will not be giving away. However, upon arriving at the property, we were told our room has been sold and giving away. The staff was extremely rude and condescending to us.

Very quiet, safe, convenient and reasonably priced. Room was a little bit too large for 2Q beds, and the furniture, etc., could be a little bit better.

Excellent location and hotel, just don’t take rooms close to the laundry rooms or on the side of the Garbage disposal Trash bins area. On certain days, it gets very noisy.

like: very walkable area. convenient location with big box stores like Target, TJ Maxx and Wholefoods. tons of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. free self parking. didn’t like: worn out bathroom, A/C is loud. woke up by ghost talking to me.

Neighborhood was good. The pool wasn't heated and honestly the room was kinda dirty. The floor had dirt & hair & mattress had stains. Decent price for the area but probably won't be back.

The property, the room and location were nice. However, I did not like the parking garage. They had lot of old furniture stuff in the parking and I had a had time to park my car.

I honestly liked everything about this property, but I wish they had free breakfast instead of charging 11 dollars for a breakfast sandwich.

Nice place. One thing, I was not greeted with the hot towel like it was advertised.
The room and bathroom was clean. I’m very iffy about walking barefooted in hotel rooms with carpet but I can say I didn’t mind this one.
The lobby has a bar with sitting and games on the table, which I thought was a nice touch.
