The staff at Element went out of their way multiple times to assist us on the day of our daughter’s wedding. They were always pleasant to any request and responded within minutes to special requests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking in this area. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping.

This was a horrible experience start to finish. We booked a 1 bedroom suit, and when we arrived they did not have one available. So we were downgraded to a 2 queen room. We were told we’d get a $40 refund, and it’s been a week now and still no refund was issued. (The difference we paid was more than $40 for the upgrade!)
Pool was lame. Breakfast ran out of fruit. Stains on the towels in the room.
Will NOT return to this hotel for our next stay!

We visit Vancouver every couple years to see family and we did a repeat stay at element for a week this year. We love the variety at breakfast, the balcony space and view, as well as having a full fridge/freezer in our unit.

Modern and CLEAN! We got a free upgrade and the breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. They even included vegetarian options which was so thoughtful. Well worth a little extra money to stay here versus and older, chain hotel.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. With a kitchenette, it was nice to have a large market across the street for easy grocery shopping.

It was our first time staying at this property but our son stayed there before and told us how nice it was. We were not disappointed—spotless and well-appointed room. Having the large refrigerator and kitchenette was a plus. Great complimentary breakfast. Wonderful staff in the breakfast area. All the staff we met from the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast area were friendly and professional and put the guests first.
We will definitely be back.

Our room was great!! We loved the view looking out over the city and loved all the restaurants within walking distance. If we come back again, we will stay here.

Gavin went out of his way to help us check-in. We were there a bit early and he made us feel comfortable while we waited for our room to be ready. I liked the pool, the room was clean and quiet. The view was spectacular. The breakfast included a lot of options. We will stay longer next time.

This property is so close to Metro Town, Chrystal Mall, and the sky train it was perfect. The morning buffet had way more than your typical hotel buffet breakfast.
