I only had the overnight there, but breakfast was good and they had a wine bar in the evening. Very personal.

The Parker House was within a block and half of our son’s apt.-a real plus. During our stay we enjoyed our room and both the inside and outside common spaces. Love the new and old decor! Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay!

The location was ideal for me for this trip, and secure parking was important. Beyond that, the room was large, comfortable, and clean. The staff were exceedingly kind, and the outdoor area was a quiet, beautiful place to sit and have a glass of wine.

I was very happy with my stay at Parker House. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and wine social were a great opportunity to meet new people. The location is great and the room was comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here and will again in the future.

Very well kept, good location that is close to the Castro. Limited parking but is is secure, be sure to reserve as there are only 4 spots.

Parker Guest House is beautiful! I loved the common areas, the courtyard was so pretty with all kinds of flowers. Our room was perfect with a king bed and attached bathroom. It was convenient to public transportation. The staff was friendly. I recommend to everyone and will definitely be staying there again when we come back to SF.

I thought the bed was too soft, but it was perfect for my wife.
The garden was beautiful.
Only complaint was the voices/noises seeming to come from beneath the closet or through the walls of room 26.

We stayed at the Parker House a few years ago and had a very positive experience. We were happy to return and see the place is still airy, clean and friendly. There are not many nice places to stay in the area. The only downside is that we got a basement room, which was dark and a bit loud (could hear noise from lobby) but staff reassured us we will get an upstairs room next time.

Coming off a three-day road trip, staying at the Parker Guest House felt like a home away from home. An immediate warmth embraced us as we entered the property. Thanks to the fireplace and warm reception.Text communication ahead of our stay was polite and accommodating of our needs based on arrival time. The room was clean, the bedding had a nice thread count, and the mattress was super comfortable. Breakfast consisted of many healthy options and the kitchen area was bright with plentiful seating. I would 100% stay at The Parker Guest House again.

The best staff. Feels like you’re staying in your friend’s comfy guest room. I would go back because of the staff who are excellent. The only issue is climate control and noise. No A/C or central heating so you have to open and close the windows to get the temperature comfortable and then the noise from the street gets to be a lot.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Brian was excellent and really made the check-in process nice and easy. He also provided some great suggestions for places to eat and activities.
The breakfast is wonderful and great quality food.
This is a good option for folks who want to be in a less intense area of the city but still walkable distance to great areas for dinning and exploring.
We will definitely be coming back!

We loved the Parker Guest House. It is a really charming B&B close to the Mission, Dolores Park and the Castro.
Carl was so very helpful when checking us in and with breakfast. He was a delight.
Our room was small, but charming and it was ADA accessible which was necessary for one of our party. It was a bit tricky for her to turn her wheelchair to go down the ramp in the tight space. Also, the only way to enter the property in a wheelchair is through the parking lot because of stairs in the front.
But overall, we loved our stay at the Parker Guest House and we plan on staying again.

We really loved the Parker Guest House. The property is beautiful, the room was spacious and elegant, and there were many small details that showed genuine care and attention to make the stay pleasurable and memorable. The staff was warm and not intrusive. Staying at this property helped make our weekend visit to San Francisco one of the best of all time. We definitely will be happy to return and stay here again.

Free breakfast each morning was great! They also have a wine tasting at 5:30 pm. Staff were super friendly. Parking requires a reservation which wasn’t clear to us having booked through Expedia.

This is an oasis at the border of the Castro district. Breathtaking garden, very comfortable bed. I loved the decor and the healthy breakfast. Both store managers were super nice. I will stay here again!

We have stayed at the Parker House several times and each stay has been such a pleasure. It's lovingly maintained, has beautiful grounds & common areas, a nice light breakfast, and an enjoyable daily "wine o'clock". Love the feel of both of the lovely homes on this property.

I liked the continental breakfast. There is bread, mini muffins, and cut fruit. The hotel is very secure. We had to push a button to get in. The clerk came down the steps and let us in. The housekeeping is very minimal. Guests have to ask for towels or extra toilet paper. It is a great place to stay overall. Good neighborhood. The staff is helpful.

I had read all of the great reviews for Parker Guest House and had high expectations (so much so that we booked a whole two week stay!) Needless to say, it exceeded even those expectations. We had the most fantastic time. The rooms are great, staff are lovely, gardens are beautiful and it's really well connected if you need to get in to town. Also nice parks nearby, and lots of places to eat and drink. If we're ever in SF again, we'll be back.
