The hotel is fine, there's no restaurant but there's 24 hr room service. Mi complaint is that one time somebody came knocking at my door at 3 am and the next day they rented my room to someone else who tried to walk in.

- firstly when i entered into the room, there was dirty water in the floor.
- breakfast was so bad. really... there was nothing to eat. but it starts at 6. its good.
- There were sampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, tower. that all
- The trafic jam around hotel was horrible and terrible. i cant recommed you. During my stay, continuously it made me tired.
- Bed sheet was not clean. there was some stain..
- People were so kind on front desk, on restaurant, driver.
- House keeper didnt pick up clothes at the room for laundry.
- In short, considering the cost? hmm

Love this hotel. Everything looks new and beautiful. It was clean, quiet, people friendly, polite, always available and very helpful. I just missed having a little fridge and microwave. Maybe they should build a pool it would be a plus to this hotel. Loved the Big Screen downstairs was wonderful to watch soccer Copa America there. Breakfast was excellent and have more options than other hotels. I like that they have food service 24 hours; cause sometimes when you watch soccer it ends late and it’s nice to be able to eat there. Food was delicious. Half a block is a supermarket and a restaurant, also a 7 eleven. It was a peaceful area. Airport shuttle is excellent. I like the laundry service wish other hotels have it this way. Definitely recommend this hotel.

After a long trip - I had to wait over an hour for shuttle and called the hotel three times. Then room service wouldn’t answer. Made my travel much more exhausting and inconvenient.

The hotel is near the airport and very accessible to the metro station. There is a mall nearby with a couple of dining options (Starbucks, dominos and Toks). They have a decent breakfast in the morning and facility is clean.
What we didn't like was that the soap, shampoo and towels were removed and not replaced everyday. This was annoying as we had to request it every evening. They did bring it within a couple of minutes.
Finally, on the day of departure, they didn't have the shuttle to the airport at 9am. Shuttle is supposed to be 24-hours, top of every hour. This didn't help us.
Thankfully, Uber is available plenty and very quick (within a few mins).
These are the reasons why they get 4-stars only

1st night i stayed was right by the street and so was a little bit noisy but the staff was so welcoming and cordial and then the second night I stayed I was deep inside closer to the elevator and it was much quieter. Very helpful.

Well below standard for a 4 star hotel. Beds were hard, no water in the rooms. Amenities extremely basic.
We ordered room service and it took 1.5 hours to come, the food was cold. Breakfast was so poor we didn’t even eat! Would NOT stay here again

Great stay. The place is very clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was great and very helpful. Good location right next to the airport with a shuttle to the hotel. I had a very good nights rest and breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious. Overall, great stay and I would stay there again.

I rarely give a bad review but I am this time. The ac didn’t work. The mattress was like sleeping on a wooden box and there were no washcloths.
I did not mention to anyone because we were only staying a short night for a long .
