The sheets had stained.
They gave me another room, but I was in a hurry and had to spent time doing this.

Overall my experience was lackluster at best the room had dust all behind the bed posts and the staff at times were not even at the front desk.

Overall good stay the tv didn’t work which was something that bugged me and the shower was pretty small but other than those two things it was fine

This place is great. Clean and friendly. I liked that there was no smoking at all. Specially the green stuff that stinks like crazy. It seems now-a-days, you cant scape it. However, we did. We where very happy about that.

Initally had trouble with the television. But it was a newly installed system. I reported to the dest who promptly sent maintenece to the room who fixed the problem.

Overall things were juat ok. Unfortunately it was one of the worst. I should have went with Hilton. The room had not been cleaned very well, there as there was trash when we pulled out the sofa coach, and some trash right on the floor near the couch. The shower head was filled probably with lime deposit, so water would not come out full, and to top it off my family could not take a bath, there was nothing to keep the water from going down the drain. Never, ever been in a hotel with a tub and could not take a bath. Spoke with front desk and he apologized and maybe I could use a towel for the drain to keep water in. REALLY?.Well, Best Western this will be the last time, never staying again... It just makes me question everything else..

Hotel and room was clean. Modern. Nice service. Complimentary hot breakfast. Most of the nicer restaurants are a distance away.

We experienced an enjoyable stay. We were welcomed graciously. The hotel staff are genuinely friendly. The hotel is accommodating and well kept. The premises are safe. There was a variety of breakfast items to choose from. Enjoyed our breakfast in a clean dining area. Checkout was a breeze.

Here for a one night stay and was throughly impressed with the hotel. I felt very welcomed when we first went in to check in all the way until we checked out. The rooms were very nice and very comfortable and the breakfast was phenomenal. Will stay here again in the future and will recommend this hotel to anyone that will be staying in the area.

The property was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast wasnt just cereal and was hot and fresh. There was always hot coffee and cold water in the lobby.
The housekeeping staff checked in on us for cleaning when she would see me or my family in the hall. She made sure we had what we needed and even for cleaning when we dis have our Do Not disturb. (No she disnt knock, just spoke to me to check after we talked after our first night)
I would recommend staying here. There was quite a bit close if you have transportation. A gas station within walking distance. Affordable and nice with lots of channels when you just want to hang in your room and relax. Rooms were quite large and spacious.

the room we were assigned had not been cleaned properly. We had problems with the remote and TV, and some of the lights were not working properly. We have stayed at this location several times and never encountered any of the problems we had on this visit.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Even the cleaning people where friendly and had smile and nice greetings. The night manager from Hungary was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The room and services were great; however, the detergent used to washed the bedding gave my daughter a small skin rash due to her sensitive skin. Besides that, we had a great stay.

They stay was good but the mattress was not that comfortable. I think it was new and was very hard. The pool was to cold and it is never in the sun The people were very friendly and the food was good for breakfast. I would try them again.

The Best Western was a comfortable stay in a convenient location. We had to gather our towels a few days from the front desk as they weren’t replaced. The breakfast had a large variety of choices & it was kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I wish there would’ve been a better selection of breakfast items. My only biggest complaint is the noise level of the people on the floor above us and in the hallway.
I would stay here again, though.

The hotel canceled my paid in full reservations the day we were supposed to check in. Had to spend 2 hours on the phone and find a new place to stay. If the reservation was paid in full it should be the first to be honored.
