There is not anything I would fault with the hotel. The staff are so attentive. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and has a really good selection of everything. The evening dining options are also good. The location and shuttle into Ubud is a great addition. Just a fantastic tranquil location and hotel

Experience was good, excellent hospitality

All staffs are very kind and professional. Moreover, the view and mood in the hotel are perfect and awesome. If I knew this hotel earlier than reservation, I would stay here without moving to another hotel in Bali.

Stunning property in a lovely scenic natural setting. Pictures could not capture all. I didn’t see another hotel that seemed to rival it. Staff had an exceptional concierge mentality (I.e. this was most impressive ). They literally spoiled me. They Kept an eye out for my best interest (ie activities, time frames, best prices for me, and the way I wanted to spend my time). The staff as a whole are super friendly. I Loved the included guided nature walk, yoga class and free shuttle to center of the town. Every staff member made me feel like a priority and welcomed.

We had few issues when we checked in. But the Manager Adi made the stay comfortable for us and sorted out all the issues we had. The issue is the building works happening next door is a little downside at the moment but Hotel Management trying really hard to maintain the brand reputation.

What an incredible place. My friends & family & I are so thankful we ended up here after having to leave our previous hotel. I can’t say enough good things - the rooms are great, the pools are great, and the food is great. The breakfast buffet has thousands of options, and the dinner menu is great. The rooms aren’t anything crazy, but they are clean, spacious, and have a nice balcony. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single employee, from the check in staff to the cleaners to the cooks are so pleasant. We were a party of 6, and they knew us all by name, knew our coffee orders and knew our room numbers. They are incredibly polite and go above and beyond to help with anything. The shuttle to Ubud is a great touch, as is the complimentary water. We were due to leave this hotel to head further north, but decided to extend our stay by two nights due to the amazing experience. After hundreds of hotel stays, this is for sure a top-10 worldwide. Wonderful, comfortable, clean, felt at home. Super nice staff, lots of choices and custom choices at breakfast, free shuttle to central Ubud, comfy beds and pillows, books, gym, restaurant.
