Friendly front desk staff. The room was clean. The beds were so so as far as comfort and they were very squeaky. Excellent location on the boardwalk so we had to do very little driving. Wi-fi in our room on the second floor hardly worked. You would get a connection for a couple of seconds but then it would drop. I would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I came to OCMD for Winefest on the beach. The hotel was perfect. Close to the venue and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was as expected for an older property and was a great value. The only issue we had was when our room was cleaned, it wasn't vacuumed at all and only one bed was made. The unmade bed had some clean clothes sta ked on it so we thought this could be why. Never had this happen before.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was dust all over the bunk bed frame. Our tv would not work ,it was replaced. The door lock batteries died, they were replaced. The door lock broke and we were stuck sitting in a dirty stairwell for a half hour. Maintenance finally got there, drilled the lock to let us in, to watch the air show. They were able to finally fix it. But the room was comfortable to sleep in.

Everything was great as far as the room and location go. Right before I left to comeback home, I noticed someone hit the rear corner panel of my vehicle and left a mark. I went to the service desk and the employee told me that they don’t have surveillance cameras outside of the under garage, so there was nothing they could do. Maybe, try and install cameras to the outer parking spots, so things like this could have better turnouts.

Only complaint was parking. Parking was awful! The employees were very helpful with the parking situation. The only reason i would not stay there again was due to their terrible parking.

Nice spot with pretty good pool. Private balcony’s view pool. Great deli, pizza sub shop and liquor store directly across the street all open late. Easy walk to nice part of beach. Friendly staff.

The room itself was ok for a nice weekend getaway! We needed extra towels/washclothes it seemed to be a little difficult getting those but eventually someone brought them to us! The only thing that would make me not want to stay there again is THE PARKING, it is horrendous! Seems to not be enough spaces and if you drive anything larger than a clown car...good luck! But the staff is super friendly and it was clean!

Everything was fine. The TV was difficult to deal with & the Wi-Fi needed to be rebooted as the network kept disappearing. I mentioned it to the front desk several times, buit it was never fixed.

Location was very nice, close to the beach and right on the boardwalk. Parking was a bit tight but there was always a spot open and the car was always close. WiFi in our room didn’t work so we couldn’t use any of the Roku features on the TV. Almost every chair provided for the balcony was broken.

Hotel room was clean, the walls and ceilings needed some major upgrades. My room door was open when we first arrived. We had no toilet tissue. The housekeeping services were not good. Used towels and clothes were placed on the floor for pick up and the cleaning ppl left them there and said they were sure if we brought them with us. They made one bed and left the room as is, even though I moved everything out of their way. Other than that, the overall stay was good. Great location.

I was impressed; outside may not look as wonderful, but once you walk into the Family suite, it was Amazing... the view of the Ocean was beautiful, and our balcony was overlooking the Boardwalk and above the Italian restaurant. the room had a bunkbed and 2 full beds and that room could fit about 8 ppl, it did have a jacuzzi which was really relaxing and the fact that you could just walk downstairs and be at the beach in 1min was great! It really was perfect for a family getaway spot.... looking forward to visiting again..... & the Pizza smell will def have u down there about 4 times over the weekend.

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not for you. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay this is it.
We stayed in room 202. It's oceanfront and very large, 2 double beds, a bunk bed and a small sofa (not a sofa bed). However, the roof to the store is right in front of your balcony (with a lot of bird poop) and the a/c leaked all over the balcony so you cannot walk out without shoes on. The room is very dated and needs repair. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
All in all, a weekend stay was great, not sure if i would stay longer.

Room was very clean with a private balcony and a somewhat view of the ocean. Close to everything. Right on the boardwalk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas are very dated and worn but all in all a good stay.

Parking is tight and awkward, i would say anything bigger then a minivan is not a good idea. We brought a truck and it was rough...
Rooms are cute, simple, big. We got a partial ocean view room. Still could enjoy sunrise while sitting behind the glass.
This inn location is just right for location of everything on boardwalk

The property is in a good place. It desperately needs updating. It’s like someone put lipstick on a pig. There were many moldy places inside the room especially on the ceiling. It seems the entire area is older, but there needs to be some major renovations to make this more comfortable and clean feeling.

The room was clean, but it was small for the amount of furniture that was in the room which made it hard for a family of 4. The TV had 35 channels and literally 28 of them was the news or sports, that made it hard when it was time to settle down for the night.
