Fantastic location for a weekend in Nashville!

Beautiful hotel! It was close to Broadway and everything we wanted to do. The staff was attentive.

When I went to check in the lady told me I needed my husbands driving license to check in and to come back closer to 4. When I came back with my husbands license and email confirming our reservation and credit card I was told my husband had to be present. I explained he is unloading our luggage in the valet area which was 6 floors below . She would not allow me to get the room keys. I explained the clerk earlier told me to bring my husbands license for check in. She refused to give me our room key . My husband had to stop unloading our car in the very busy valet area and come to the check in desk that was 6 floors above. We were very disappointed with check in. Also the area when you enter from valet smelled terrible. Many people on the elevators were complaining and the smell lasted our entire stay. Also no one every cleaned our room or empty the trash . We had to ask for clean towels. I tried to make a reservation with the hotel directly but was told no rooms were available so we booked through expedia and I think we were treated 2nd class

Easy and safe to walk to Broadway Street. Entertainment at the roof top bar.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly

Didn't like $65.00 parking fee. You pay $180.00 per night for hotel should not have such a high parking fee.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed the convenience of vallet parking, easy access to walk to nearby venues. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

No AC in the hallways. You can’t bring your own drinks to the pool area so you’re forced to buy their way over priced drinks. Staff was rude and not helpful. Mirror in the bathroom was broken and taped together. For $300 a night I was highly disappointed in this property!

Great experience. Very nice accommodations. Perfect walk to Bridgestone, only took a few minutes.

Was disappontied by the additional $60 a day for parking. Should be included in the price, or at least better highlighted by hotels.com

I can’t believe that you have to call for your room to be cleaned and fresh towels. What happened to hotel service, there is none. It’s no wonder people prefer Airbnb. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is fine, nice pool area too and central to broadway and music row. It’s just disappointing that a large chain like the Marriot no longer pays attention to details.

Our room was clean and pleasant. The hotel in general was great the food was good the gym and pool were very nice. The location was perfect for our needs.

Place was nice but stayed for 5 nights and 2 request cleaning staff never came.

Very disappointed in the lack of house keeping. Even when you made a request to have house keeping done.

It was amazing! Super clean and close enough to Broadway with a short walk, yet far enough that it was quiet when we went in for the evening.
