I never got to stay at the hotel because they canceled my reservation an hour before I was to check in.. they blamed it on overbooking and because I booked through a third party. PEOPLE DONT BOOK FROM THIRD PARTIES. Management at the hotel were rude, unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate

Very nice hotel. Staff was very nice. The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again.

My stay was great and the front desk attendant during check in was very helpful and very nice.

I booked two rooms with two beds and they gave me a room with one bed. The bathroom door was stuck, the shower was releasing little water and the bedroom curtain wouldn't open.

The area seemed fine. The property was well kept and attractive. Our room was clean with the amenities we like: a fridge, microwave and couch in front of the tv. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Booked a 2 queen beds room and got a 1 King bed. They said they didn’t have more rooms available, which was a great inconvenience since we were traveling with kids.

I got one king bed instead of 2 queen beds.. the hotel did not do anything about it and your customer service promised to offer resolution within 72 hours but I never received any call or response. I have severe back issues after this stay and it was a very bad experience. What is the status of refund request.

The room smelled like urine. Not convenient to parking.

I booked online. There was no mention of a charge for parking overnight. In fact, I thought it said free parking. I also chose the hotel because it had a pool. I was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed. Other than that, the room, met my expectations.

The room was clean and well equipped for my needs. Very close to the airport. Transportation was on time and the driver was kind and helpful. Very nice respectful and helpful staff. My flight was early so I didn’t stay for breakfast.

Room was average, could use some updating. Stool was torn, wall paper coming off. We booked because it had a pool and upon arrival at 4:30 the pool was closed and nothing was on the web site that it was closed. Maybe understaffed, not sure,but was never told a reason. Staff were friendly.

Booked the hotel being mom had a flight out of Newark in the morning. Upon arrival, we were notified that the flight was cancelled. Jasmine at the front desk was pleasant, the suite was huge. Only stayed about an hour before we had to leave to head to Philadelphia for an alternate flight at 6.a.m.

They didnt tell us but they only clean your room every 3 days. We requested they come in to clean it on day 2. They made the beds and left clean towels but did not replace toilet tissue or take trash. Front desk staff was super friendly we wentvdown to ask for toilet tissue was given a roll. Breakfast was just meh. The day we were leaving house keeping finally brought the toilet tissue that we had to go to the front desk to get because we ran out 2 days prior. We have stayed here many times in the past but I think this will be our last visit to this one. No parking available at night i had to make my own spot

The stay was great my only complaint is that the AC was not working properly. The room was warm but I was too exhausted to report it so I’m letting it be known here. But otherwise the room was extremely clean and the bed was clean I used a blue light!

Night Staff was very rude. There was small cockroach in the rest room. AC didn't work so I had to pack everything and switch rooms. System was down so no keys to get into the room, Front desk has to walk me into the room every time

The breakfast is laughable. Staff was nice but we never got room keys due to Global IT bug. Only hotel staff could let you in the rooms, so the wait was long. There were multiple student athletic teams staying at the hotel, so it was super loud with them horsing around in the halls. Loved how close it was to the airport. I really enjoyed watching the planes.

They were fully booked when we arrived. This was entirely on Expedia's end, not the hotel. They helped us find a different hotel using a different service.

The place was fine for a 3 night stay. The pool was closed, it looked like it was being used for a summer camp which is a strange thing for a hotel to do in the summer.

Non smoking but you can smell weed in the hallway. Bathroom door is broken and crack on the bottom. Front desk is not friendly. Sofa bed is dirty with burnt stain.
