Great hotel to stay at for activities in the Grand Rapids area. Breakfast was wonderful.

It was a great stay! It was our first trip to Grand Rapids and first to stay at this hotel. The room was exceptional. Great view on the Riverside. And the rooms were big and spacious. Great free breakfast too!!

The place is nice. Checking was ok but they don't tell you what floor your room is on, she didn't really tell me where much of anything is in the building. The free drinks are nice but not everyone likes to drink the hard stuff, need more mix drinks with it.

The stay was great, there were a few minor issues like bathroom door would not slide shut or lock, and sheets were not fully clean, other then that I love it!

The hotel did not do a good job keeping up with riff raff. For an hour straight it sounded like kids were playing football in the hallway above me. After I called the front desk it took them 20 minutes to send their 1 security guard up there. The last night the room next to me woke me up out of my sleep had to call the front desk again which it subsided for a few hours then started back up in the middle of the night.

Perfect location for the wedding we were attending. Justin did a great job ensuring our room was ready a bit early.

This hotel exceeded expectations for my husband and I. The check in staff was friendly and allowed us to check in a little early (may not be the case for everyone, they are not obligated to do so). Our room had a personal greeting on the tvs with my name and the room was spotless. I love the location of this hotel, it’s outside the city enough to stay clear of the hectic late night city life but still close enough to walk, if you choose to.

Very nice place! Bathroom & floors (big deal for me) were very clean and nothing looked or felt grimy. My only complaint is the electrical / light switches don't work correctly. A lot of flipping switches to finally get some to turn on.

Amazing! Hit all the needs of our family (2 adults, 2 kids 4 yo and 2 yo). Phenomenal breakfast every morning, fun reception every evening, which meant my family was well fed. Room (two queen) was very spacious and had great flow and great shower options. Plus with the pool and convenient laundry, we were able to keep everyone happy the whole trip.

Checking in was easy. My husband and I were in town for a quick visit and we brought our dog with us. There was a pet fee. The room, like most hotels these days was not cleaned well. There was hair from previous guests and lots of dust. The shower didn’t work well and although we booked a room with a balcony we didn’t have access to it because it was shared with the balcony for the bar. That was a bit awkward and would have been nice to know at check in. We ordered room service, and like most things these days it was overpriced for the value. Overall I wouldn’t say the stay was as enjoyable as I would have hoped for what we paid.

Convenient location. There were many hockey tournament guests so the hallways smelled like a gym locker room. The breakfast was fantastic and well organized!

Our toilet was flushing very slowly and it actually clogged at 6:00. Maintenance came and fixed it within 20 mins. Excellent service.

Arrived her at almost midnight on the way from traverse city to Louisville Kentucky. Hotel was spotless and check in was seamless. Justin checked us in and was great. We were all very tired and just wanted to go to bed and he made the process seamless. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Also. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Checkout was easy and quick.
