Love the amenity provided. Chocolates, essential oil. Pretty quiet yet convenient! The only issue I had was with the parking but thankfully there are public parking nearby. Overall 9/10 for this hotel!

Staffs do not speak english well & overcharged my rooms. I got my money refunded at the end, but not a good experience. Breakfast is not good, very little hot food selections. transportation is 10-12 mins walk, the plus is 7 mins walk to airport bus.

Very clean, great service, shopping and good food all around, very close to metro station and only 500 yen from metro to hotel by taxi!

Overall good hotel. Had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

Very nice staff! Quiet, spacious rooms and a bath salt bar in the lobby for a relaxing return to the hotel. Surrounding environment is very nice as well (clean, quiet, and not crowded).

The hotel is comfortable and central. I have stayed here a few times and recommend the corner suite if you like a little more space. It was perfect for two people with luggage. I loved how much light came in the room. My only complaint about the hotel is there is no common space if you want to leave your room to work or take a call. The restaurant is under different management than the hotel and they are not accommodating. They do not allow you to sit in the restaurant if everyone at the table is not eating and drinking. It’s understandable for a restaurant but not great for a hotel. I had to eat alone one night because they wouldn’t let my husband sit with me while I ate because he wasn’t hungry. The place is a little rigid and uptight.

The stay was excellent; the location was very well-maintained, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the location was convenient. I wouldn't change anything about the hotel or the experience.

2nd time for us to be in this hotel. The room was smaller than the 1st time but it was still very enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and cleanliness!!! Will definitely come back!

pulsating water dripping noise at night throughout the stay (even when it is not raining) and poor noise insulation, can hear traffic noise even at night as the bed is placed against the window.

We had a very nice time, it was comfortable in the smallest room, even if the bed was a tad firm. Staff were excellent and very polite and attentive. Would stay here again!

Great hotel! Super modern inside with very clean and modern rooms. As with most Japanese hotels, they are very small (with the exception of the large suites) so you’ll have to be creative about fitting 2-3 large suitcases. That said, the area is super quiet and a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. There’s a bunch of convenience stores close by, and two 24h groceries stores within a stones throw. I’d also HIGHLY recommend Saizeriya (dirt cheap “Italian” food) which is just across the street. You’re 10 minutes walk from 3 major subway stations as well.

Walkable to a few train stations, able to get to most tourist locations within 30 mins train ride. Area is quiet and close to convenience shops. Room is small as expected in Tokyo, but modern and clean.

We stayed for 2 nights. Like the hotel. Space is good for 3 ppl. Location is good. Walking distance to get shuttle bus to go to both airports with carry-on luggage.

Everything about our stay was great! We stayed here twice during our japan trip before/after leaving Osaka. Train station is close by (6-7 min walk). There are some good food options close by as well! We wish there was a bit more to do in the area but it seems like it's a business direct so not too much around except workplace buildings. If you're looking for a nice, clean place to sleep and get to by train, and to get to/from the airports, this is your hotel!

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and highly recommend it . The staff are very nice and helpful. They also speak fluent English. They helped me make some restaurant reservations before I checked in, of course under some conditions. This is a huge plus because it is not that easy to make reservation without a Japanese phone number. The room is clean and comfy. Free bath salts are provided. And you can make it to your favourite scent. There is a supermarket which open 24/7 right near the hotel. There are more selections of item and they are cheaper, so it is much better than a convenience store. The location of this hotel is not perfect. There are some metro stations nearby but you will need to walk around 4-8 mins to get there. Though this is not a problem to me.

Beautiful hotel in a quieter neighborhood. There are local grocery and food options nearby (5-10min walk) but it is also close enough to several subway stations that you can go into the busier parts of the city.

Room was clean and nice (and small) but on street side with lots of traffic => noisy. Breakfast buffet is disappointing - no fresh fruits, lots of ultra-processed, sugary & unhealthy offerings.

Hamacho Hotel is surrounded by two supermarkets (one opening 24/7), one convenient store, and multiple eateries. It’s only four minutes walk to Tokyo City Airport Shuttle Bus Terminal, the cheapest and fastest way to and from Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel room is a bit small but their bed is the best and the most comfortable during my 24-day trip around Japan. The lounge/restaurant serves beautiful and tasty New Year Day special breakfast. The hotel staff is polite and helpful.

The room is very small but clean. There is a 24-hr supermarket across from the hotel which is convenient for hotel guests. The closest train station is 6 minutes walk. The airport bus to Narita and Haneda is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is not in the tourist area so it's quiet but not many choices for dining. Overall it's a good place to stay for a few days.

Such a beautiful and modern property easily accessible to other parts of Tokyo. Great to walk around and has the most lovely bakery right next door. Stayed twice during my trip to Tokyo because it was so lovely. I will definitely be back when I come to Japan.
