After a horrible experience with another hotel, we were able to book this hotel at the last minute and was satisfied with my stay.

Very nice hotel and room. It was frustrating having to constantly ask for room necessities. We ran out of Kleenex and tissue and it was NEVER replenished. We had to ask for those items. We had to ask for clean towels and rags. We had to again ask for someone to turn the breaker on in our room to get the refrigerator to work. House keeping never came and cleaned the rooms not replenish the necessities. It was disappointing because our paid stay included us having essential items like tissue and towels. Our paid stay included Housekeeping cleaning the room and replenishing necessary items. Our paid stay included having all appliances working, not having staff come up to the room to switch the breaker so that appliances work.

Loved the staff. AJ was helpful in every way possible. The hotel was very clean and provided my family a peaceful place to stay.

We had to switch rooms. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Nast hair on both rooms bathroom floors. First room had food left in the fridge from the last person. Blood looking stain on the carpet. Kind of a crap hole.

Great property with super friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better, but it’s a hotel breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place to those weekend/long weekend traveling.

The room itself was nice and clean. However the hotel staff (both that I encountered) were rude & seemed bothered to do their job- we needed pool towels and linens for the pull out bed. Outside of the hotel was dirty, every single trash can was overflowing onto the ground and no pool towels available.

Our room should have been ready at 3pm. We got there at 5:45 and had to wait over an hour to get our room. The front office staff lady wasn’t helpful. She said she would call me in 30 minutes to let us know the room was clean. She did not. I went inside 40 minutes after and waited in line for 20 minutes just to speak with her again. We finally got to our room after an hour of waiting. She was not friendly at all. The room was very clean and nice. I think the people above us had kids because late into the night and early in the morning there was lots of stomping. There was also dogs barking in the hallway. The breakfast lady was very sweet. It is a shame bc it is a really nice hotel.

The room was spacious, but the larger rooms never accommodate for larger groups such as still only providing 4 towels for showers.

Property is understaffed. Took forever to get pillows to our room and the AC was broke . At first they said they were all booked and when we asked for a free night they magically found another room to move us too . Water station was on the fritz , and hear others complain about maintenance issues . Not the staffs fault I guess if they are staffed properly but expected more from the good reviews. Breakfast was ok and kids were happy so all not lost .

The space in our room was great for the 4 of us. We had problems with the bathroom pocket door. If closed all the way, it came off the track and you were stuck in the bathroom. Had to put something on the floor to prevent door from closing. Maintenace responded quickly but did not have a solution. Breakfast was OK.

FANTASTIC! Every part of this hotel was excellent. Very clean, comfortable beds, we love the room layout and small kitchen! Breakfast has variety and good quality. AND EVERY MEMBER OF THE STAFF was SUPER FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. 10/10 ⭐️!

Breakfast offerings were dismal when we stayed compared to when we've stayed at other Home2Suites. Room was big and spacious. Overall good, but nothing I'm going to rant and rave about.

I arrived early but was told the room is being cleaned and that they’ll call me when it’s ready. 4 hours after they still didn’t call and I had to check in at the normal 3 pm check in time. The conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty and when I asked to refill them, the cleaning lady did but she walked in the shower that was wet with her shoes and left her shoes print all over the shower area

Breakfast was not stocked, there were no lids for the coffee cups. Ask for them 10 minutes later had to leave for work without coffee, had to wait forever to check in, kitchen was a complete disaster area, and no employee even attempted to clean it up! Trashes were overflowing, I absolutely would not stay here again. In addition to that the out equipment was broken for the weight machine.

The problem was, there was no bath towels. None. Apparently the water had been out from 1 o’clock to 4 o’clock, but nobody stayed around to do the laundry, so there was no bath towels that whole day. We couldn’t even use towels from the day before because we weren’t there the day before. They were simply no towels in the room and I’m at the front desk.

The entire floor in our room (carpet) was very sticky. We could not walk around without shoes or socks on. The desk chair was covered in stains, the walls in bathrooms had stuff smeared on it and the pillows were flat which did not provide much comfort. However, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast they offered was good!

At 3x the normal it was excessively priced for an event in the area. Urine soaked office chair. Dusty surfaces. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful.

I was very disappointed especially becuz if the price i paid for one night the bed was horrible didn't sleep well, the sheets may have been dirty because i kept itching, three guest upstairs was dragging a chair back and forth over my head. The next morning the hotel attendant was short with me at check out, and extremely obnoxious and loud with her personal conversation and the breakfast was horrible. I usually stay at Hilton properties and this was by far the worst experience ive ever had and I'm not normally a complaining customer.... so if I'm leaving a bad review, it was bad!
