Short walk to Shinkiba station. Every maintained very well. Nice breakfast for choices.

Very nice hotel, spacious room

Very good service (they had easy check in options and helped us store our bags after checkout for a few hours so we could explore). Very close to the train station so you can make it to Tokyo station in under 20 minutes!

Our stay was really nice. It was really convenient to be so close to the train station and Tokyo Disney. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ideal for an overnight stay before heading out on a Cunard cruise, and very convenient transport links for downtown Tokyo.

Amazing hotel very close to Disney parks. Shin Kiba station is literally 1 min away from the hotel which makes it very convenient.

It was great

Fantastic practical hotel with great amenities nearby. Things we loved were convenience of being so close to Shin-Kiba station, abundance of food eateries nearby, self service washing and drying on the 9th floor of the hotel. Staff were really nice. No issues staying here at all. Hassle free and the hotel was so quiet and good value for money. Also very clean and generally overall we had a very nice stay.

There for personal but room is clean, comfortable. Just wish they had options on tv for foreigners with subtitles. Japanese subtitles on American programs on a Japanese tv does nobody any good. Water pressure was top notch but The drain back ups a tad-always wondered why this happens at hotels if drain isn't clogged with hair. Maybe a bit more focus on clearing those pipes might be helpful. Otherwise, everything hing was great. Breakfast can be paid for at reception, JPY 1100 per person. Note: it's not a full on restaurant, just a quick bite type joint. Convenience store immediately downstairs too. Hotel is Right outside the train station too so convenient.

Had a nice stay here on a business trip. Room was clean, Bed was super comfortable. Big TV. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Parked my car for 2000yen per night but you need reservations for parking. A little pricey for the area but considering it’s a new and clean hotel, it’s worth it. Would like to bring the wife for a stay if I get a chance.

So close to Shin-Kiba station. My favorite part was the window seat which allowed me to get some work done with a nice view.

Hotel is close to train station and very convenient. Room is clean and trendy. Staff is friendly and helpful. The electronic check in and check out is really fast and efficient.
