Injured myself multiple times in there. Super slick slippery floors. Shower head fled water outside shower. Slipped and fell and busted my toe open because of it. Got locked inside bathroom multiple times due to no inside handle to open. Bed was not firm and caused back pain due to sinking. Not a smart tv like we were anticipating. Cleanliness was good. View was good. Breakfast was good otherwise.

The room is clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable.

Location of hotel was great. Beds were not very comfy. Neighbors were very noisy. Front desk staff on Saturday morning was very rude. Other than that, great place.

Clean nice size rooms. Excellent choice for a convention.

I was double charged for my hotel stay and they won’t give me my money back. I’m extremely disappointed with Hilton. They want a full credit card statement. Hotels.com changed my card when I booked the hotel and then the hotel charged again when I stayed. No one will help me. They give me the run around.

I stayed at the Sheraton Charlotte because htls.com relocated me as the original hotel couldn't accommodate me. The bed was uncomfortable & the shower floor needed updating of tiles as it appeared dirty in half of the shower. The pools were not operational & I was upset because the pools were the reason I chose this hotel. The hotel staff gave me vouchers for their restaurants. But I went swimming at the aquatic center across the street & paid for a day pass. I suggested to the hotel service mgrs that they shud have vouchers for the aquatic center if their indoor pool was not heated. I hope in future that they consider that as a customer service.

Booked with hotels.com for Thursday through Sunday. Figured out we couldn’t go until Saturday, but since their rates had inflated (gouged) 300% because of an event in the area we decided to remain booked for 3 nights at the lower rate rather than 1 at the giuging rate. One of the employees called me on Thursday night to see if we were still coming. We discussed the above and I told him we weren’t coming until Saturday. He never told me that the reservation would automatically be canceled if we didn’t show up by the second day. So, my family of 4 showed up Saturday to find our reservation had been canceled, they had no availability. The manager was very polite and professional, he did refund me the charge for the one night so we didn’t lose any money. You could imagine a family of 4 crashing with our friends (a family of 3) in their room, that also wasn’t the room the reserved and checked into. The staff had tried to tell them “their reservation wasn’t good and they would have to pay the new inflated rate. They stood their ground and were successful. Bottom line is apparently it’s not advisable to book through 3rd party services and you need to know the fine print about checking in deadlines.
