Room was very clean and had everything we needed! The pillows aren’t the best but I had a couple extras with me anyhow (don’t judge, I’m just picky about pillows). Bed was perfectly fine for us. Shower had plenty of hot water & good water pressure. I admit I wasn’t sure about the area which looked a bit industrial, but after a late night out we realized we were right across the street from what turned out to be some of the best fast food I’ve had in a while. The desk staff was very pleasant as well.

The room was unique and very clean. No carpets, just beautifully hard wood floors. It was a last minute find but we will definitely stay there again. Maybe try the jacuzzi room.

Nice stay for the price. Would love for the Wi-Fi to work. Besides that nice and worth it.

The bed was hard as a sack of bricks and the pillow was so thin I had to fold it three times just to get any level of comfort.. personally I hope to not go back to that hotel in Detroit ever again

No tv remotes in the room ans u couldn't change it past one channel by the tv, i feel its over priced to be a motel no accommodations whay so ever

The man that checked us in was very kind. However the tv doesn’t work, and the jacuzzi tub that we paid extra for doesn’t work. We were told by the manager to ask for a refund/discount for the amenities not working.

I loved the first time I stayed there the room was amazing… but this time we checked in later and in the room discovered dog poop under bed , which says no animals aloud and a bed bug was crawling on the sheet when leaving , burn holes on the sheets no smoking allowed in the room , no hot water for the hot tub had to let cold water 15 minutes !!!

For the price you can’t beat this hotel!

The staff are rude( the owner in particular), there was hair everywhere, it was noisy all night and the TV did not work!

Traveling as a single woman it’s important to feel safe! I was not sure of this location when I pulled up even though it looked nice and the service was great! But I was pleasantly surprised no issues at all. What’s the old saying looks are deceiving. The bed was not comfortables but the room had a nice deep tub so I could soak the stiffness from the hard bed away. I did have trouble with the lock on front door getting open, but the person from the front desk came out to assist me so they MUST have cameras set up at the rooms cause I was not even close for them to have seen me having issues! Was not a bad place at all for the price.

The location is good because it is near highways. The amenities are not up to my expectations. There are no hangers for clothes and no hair dryer. The king size bed is a bit too high. I stayed for two nights, and the bed was not made and no new towels were provided for the second night. I obtained new bath towels only after asking for them at the front desk.

Room was misrepresented. Separate seating area? Where was that? The bathroom or the one chair next to the dresser? Room seemed clean enough but a little gawdy? Electric light switch not flush with wall gave me a nice shock. Little tiny toilet never flushed right. Seemed like a travel trailer toilet. Trying to figure out where all the 10 star customer ratings came from? Something very suspicious about them. Thinking I better ignore those on hotels.com site as they are less than honest reviews rigged by someone. Bed was very uncomfortable. And street noise was bad. Might as well had windows open, I could hear every little thing. Noticed a “ Best Adults only motel” award in lobby. Did I find a place normally rented by the hour? Would explain the decor.
