Clean and modern rooms, close to restaurants and attractions

This hotel is one the best I’ve ever experienced during my business trip during last 40 years. How can you find a hotel with kitchen and new facilities with that price. This hotel deserves to be 5 star. I personally think this hotel is even better than Los Tajibos, 5 star hotel in Santa Cruz.

There are many restaurants around the property. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was a huge disappointment. It was dark and faced another building. There was a small window, with very little light and definitely no view of the sun as you were three floors down. It really made for a depressing feel. If you are staying, make sure your room faces the road and has daylight.

The Tryp Hotel in Santa Cruz was perfect for a stopover on the way to Cochabamba. Our flight arrived at 10PM and it took awhile as a US citizen to get through immigration so we were one of the last people out the door and the taxi the hotel had arranged for us was still waiting. This hotel is on a quiet street and there are many good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. Our toilet had problems but they fixed it right away. The only difficulty we had was trying to contact the hotel before arriving to arrange the taxi. The number on Hotels.com didn't work so we went to their own website and then were re-routed to another number that only worked with WhatsApp. We went back and forth before we got an answer. But once we were there everything was great including the service.

Not famous, but it is good to stay. Location is good. Very updated and clean. Quite. Employees are very kind.

Perfectly clean and amazing staff. Apartment was beautiful and big for our family. Excellent price for the quality of the place. No on site dining but lots of options nearby. Only complaint about the room facilities was that for a room for 4people there was only 2 sets of plates/cutlery and no cooking knife. Everything else was great

Air conditioning is not sufficient to cool the room properly. Wifi frequently drops out. People throw parties in the rooms until the early morning hours and the staff do nothing about it. Trash hotel.
