Wonderful young lady that checked us in. Very pleasant and helpful. We were concerned about her being alone, that is unsafe for her. This needs to be corrected and now.

Our stay was good. The lobby restroom was out of our for 3 days. I find this unacceptable for a busy weekend.
Our room didn't have a lounge chair in it - just a desk chair. There was no where to just relax and watch tv other than an uncomfortable desk chair or lay in bed.

My husband found the one bed very uncomfortable. He kept rolling to the edge of the bed. He would move back to the middle but would again roll to the edge. Obviously not a good night’s sleep.

Have stayed here before and had a great experience. This trip was very disappointing and staff did not help. TV broken, freezer had a frozen bug in it, pool closed, overall disappointed!

Great location and nice facilities. The room had a large amount of dead bugs on the AC unit and window area. The breakfast food was poor and area unclean. Staff did not make effort to clean up or make sure ara was stocked. Garbage was overflowing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone in Two Rivers. The location was perfect and our room overlooked the harbor. Check-in and parking were convenient. Breakfast was pretty good and the room was spacious. There was nice outside seating which was a nice option.

The bed was old and creaky. A big dip on the side. Not very comfortable. The freezer in the mini fridge was so full of ice that the door would not shut. One attendant for the dining, bar and reservations. No clean towels after 4 days.

The hotel seems pretty new. Maybe they are short staffed but the trashcan in front was overflowing and the lobby could have used a good vacuuming. The room overall was good (microwave and refrigerator were clean) but there was dried urine in front of the toilet and a used washcloth left in the shower. I asked for cleaning supplies to wipe the bathroom floor but didn't discover the washcloth until later. Overall it was a comfortable room but there were some drawbacks.

Walking distance to the beach, shopping and food. The front desk person was a little snoody when I asked to check in early and the pool was closed but otherwise the room was nice and clean and the views were amazing. I would stay again.

My complaint is Expedia pulled a quickie during confirmation that I missed. I was looking at a Hotel closer to Appleton and during the process they changed it to a different Hotel an hour further away. I will NOT use Expedia again. Both rooms on the trip were not as expected due to too far away or filthy, shoddy accommodations

The pool has been closed since July 7th according the posting on the door. Future reservations should have been notified the pool would not be accessible during their stay. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. We should have been offered a discount or the chance to switch hotels.

Hotel was in a good location. Inside pool was not open. The TV in our room did not work and the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. We told the front desk. I hope that they fixed these things before the next guest arrived.

Good-Location was good for what we wanted to do and they let us use parking lot before check-in. Everything very clean. Great beds.
Not Good-Was not informed ahead of time their pool would be out of service, huge disappointment as I tried to pick hotel w/pool. Very basic, not very healthy free breakfast. Hassle checking in as I was told my reservation was cancelled and that they were full. I positively did not cancel and they did have a room for us.

When we entered our room there were a bunch of small dead bugs on top of hvac system which was unsettling. I cleaned them up but found they were beginning to collect again the next morning.
There was also a broken blind rod on the righthand side blind.
Shower drain was very slow draining so you were ankle deep in water by the time you are done showering.
Pool was closed due to construction. So we didnt feel we had that eminity we had expected.
Lake and harbor views from the room were quite nice.
