Check in was fast and super friendly. Room was clean and updated

Staff was great! Hotel very nice! Will definitely stay here agin. Only down side is it’s right next to a train tracks. We brought sound machines and didn’t notice the train. Slept great. Breakfast was also good.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Black hair all over inside of shower and on bathroom floor.

Room was nice, with alot of room to visit and feel comfort. The full kitchen was awesome, with all the necessary essentials. Prefect location. Definitely will stay here again.

The breakfast was very good and the staff excellent. The fan exhaust in the unit 524 blew hard onto the wall and then onto the bed. It made it difficult to sleep. I turned it off and then the room became too hot. I did not get a good night's sleep. Diffuse the exhaust and implement a fan speed adjustment option.

Nice hotel. Very comfortable bed! But I'd advice making sure you're not in room 429. It literally is adjacent to the outdoor terrace (a nice amenity) but not when guests are literally looking right into the room. Blackout curtains are available but then you're in a room without windows. Also the TV system struggles with performance (every 15 minutes it digitizes for 3-5 min. then returns) and wake up promptly at 7am to constuction. Overall - my assumption is another room would likely be better.

Sheets, towels and comforter were dirty. Visible stains very gross

The lobby of the hotel was clean and the rooms. There were other issues that caused the poor review. The bolt lock did not work on the door, the microwave had no power, the body wash in the shower was never refilled and the kicker the shampoo dispenser did not have top to push the dispenser down. When I approach the front desk manager about the lock when I arrived, I was told it was placed there for decoration and they don’t work in any room. That’s interesting! The other kicker was we paid to park in the ramp, we come back from dinner and the ramp is full. I was told that I could park on the street. I gave a crazy look and then I was able to park in the drop off lane overnight. The last draw was when I went to take a shower and there was no body wash in the dispenser. I hopped out the shower, went to the front desk to see if could filled up and I was told that person that did it was not in yet. The young man tried to help but he just brought me a bottle of shampoo and some hand soap. Just thought of something else. One of elevators keypad doesn’t work. The gentle on the elevator that was with me said it happens at least once a week. I guess he would know because had been there for an extended stay.

No problems

This property is relatively new and refreshing. The location has a train track at the back of the property and a busy street at the front. It is, however, near a very nice park.

I was not given the room that I paid online for. When I arrived I was told that they didn’t have the suite that I paid for and all they had was one with a king bed so I agreed. They said they give me free parking and two free drinks. There was no room to even park in there garagestreet parking only, I don’t even drink so that did nothing for me. The room was no suite only a regular room with a king bed. The hot tub was filled with bubbles that looked like soap that just burned everyone’s eyes.

It was located on a busy street and we thought for sure there would be noise, but it was so quiet and made it easier to rest the night before multiple medical appointments. Everything was comfortable and was within five minute walking distance to all our Mayo Clinic appointments so we did not have to worry or pay for parking.

Close to Mayo's with shuttle service.

Stayed at this hotel for Mayo consult. Easy to walk the clinic and restaurants. We parked the car when we got there and did not move it until we left.

Love the green roof that the south 3rd floor windows look out on.

Size of the suite was really nice and the staff from front desk to the cleaning staff were all so friendly. Easy access.

Everything seemed so new and well maintained, so it was surprising to have such low water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was average at best, but the young man assisting guests was very friendly and helpful.
