Old hotel with window looking at a wall Bathroom floor is a foot higher than before dangerous in the dark especially at 70 years old odd elevator that requires 2 doors to close No one speaks English not even front desk definitely doesn’t look like the photos on Expedia I want my money back

Overall the room was clean and comfortable and staff friendly. However I found that walking without shoes in the room I get sand or dirt on my feet. I did see a worker moping the tile floors. I don’t think the floors get vacuumed though. I think they should.

Great location, well priced and wonderful service. The cafe is very convenient and a nice cozy place for getting together if traveling in groups or meeting with others. Highly recommend

The hotel was very pretty and clean. There is attached restaurant called Rutina Cafe which has many great options. I came to Lima for laser Eye Surgery and the staff were so kind and helpful. Andrea at reception was especially kind and helped me with ordering food (since I speak no spanish). She was amazing! I would definitely recommend for solo travelers as well as couples. Very cute hotel in a nice area of San Isidro. Quick Uber to Miraflores as well, which has great shopping. Thank you!!

A little gem in one of the best neighborhoods … Not a luxury Hotel , but for the price excellent …. 2 minutes walk to beautiful Oliver park , which is a gem . 5 minute walk to upscale restaurants ..👍

Amazing location.

The hotel is quiet and on a great location surrounded by shopping and residencial areas. A good night sleep. The parking inside the 10 story building is scarce and they charge for it. Unusual for a city like Lima. Unlike San Francisco where you need to reserve a parking spot before the hotel :) There is no breakfast offered with the rooms. They have a restaurant next to the lobby but they don’t offer continental or american or a breakfast combo of any kind. You will need to put your own together by asking for eggs, bacon or ham, coffee and juice price and sold separate. The name of the hotel is “Art Hotel” but don’t expect to be to impressed with the hangings on the colorful walls that give a cheerful feel to the theme. With the price right and a good resting sleep I will go back to the friendly Art Hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I am grateful for the stay. Lovely rooms. Beautiful lobby and the waffles are Amazing with some coffee.

The pictures shown are NOTHING like the property. The place is old, dirty, and unkept. I have never had such a bad experience. To begin the lobby is in a coffee shop. They first gave me a room with a small bed and no windows. Then they changed me to an even worse room that was filthy, had bright green walls, stained bed, stained curtains. Gross all together. Given the fact that they use very MISLEADING pictures to advertise I did not feel safe at all. Contacted expedia and booked another place. Management offered to put me in the room I had originally booked (that smelled like paint since it has been painted recently). There was no manager on site which means there was no one capable of making a decision and it took longer than needed. Extremely poor management. The only positive thing is that staff is friendly.

Beautiful property. Absolutely amazing for that price point. It would cost 10 times that in the US. Everything was clean and modern. Just like the pictures! Paid $18 for a room with 2 double beds. There was a desk for working, a safe for valuables, beautiful lighting and comfortable beds. The lobby was very chic and artistic. I will definitely stay here when I return. Be aware it is about 30 min from the Airport if you are only staying 1 night like I did. Uber was about $12 one way. Factor that into your budgeting.

Nice to have a king bed, but we needed a few more pillows. We were gone throughout the day so we didn't experience much of the hotel, but it was in a convenient and safe location, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everyone was so nice here! It was also super convenient that there was a restaurant downstairs and a few restaurants around the corner that delivered so when we were tired we could just order in! The gentleman who I assume owns this hotel goes above and beyond for his customers!

They charge for parking, that’s a shame because on the booking they show they have parking but they never say you need to pay extra for it. Also a friend stayed some hours and they charged me an extra fee for that. The fee was the same as my room fee. At the end I payed for “two rooms”. Doesn’t sound fair to charge $30 more because somebody visit you.

This place was amazing staff were so helpful and english was great. would recommend to everyone very safe quiet and enjoyable hope to book next time were there!
