For such a level there are many things to improve: reception and service, booked a king size bed and had a twin room, too noisy when people clean it

Great hotel - friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room. Wide choice at breakfast and food good quality. Easy walk into centre of Den Bosch across beautiful bridge. Very hard to find fault - stay here!

No air conditioning. It was super hot in the room. I requested for an electric fan but none was available. A lot of guests complained about this too.

From arriving til check out has been excellent service, all staff are welcoming and professional. Room was modern though did have issue with air Conditioning not functioning properly. Breakfast and evening dining was good standard.

It was a very nice hotel whit al lot of eating options in the aeria.

Very excellent staff assistance. Exceptionally comfortable beds, amazing bar and experiences all around. The only small problems would be the bedding covers, as they were always lose and messed up in the morning. However room service always fixed the bed as expected, but the bedding always came back out.

I spent a pleasant two weeks in this hotel. Its location is very close to the train station, the environment is good, and the staff are very friendly!

We had dinner in restaurant downstairs and food was great. Breakfast is highly priced, we skipped it.

A beautiful hotel that is 15 minutes on foot from the train station.

This hotel is very nice. Everything was just perfect and to my liking. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. There is no parking at the hotel but there is parking within close distance.

Very well designed hotel in new part of town. The area has a lot of promise with a few places to eat nearby and great supermarket but you will still need to walk into old part of town for action (15 min, nice walk if cross rail bridge and walk along canal).
My deluxe room was well laid out, comfortable, a little compact but not a big issue for a city break. Great bathroom. Excellent breakfast & gym. I was able to hire a bike for €17 for day. Having some guest umbrellas on hand would be a nice touch as there was a bit of rain when I stayed.

Problems with staff at the reception. On two occasions there was nobody present for at least ten minutes, with guests waiting for check in.

Hotel is brand new and breakfast is very nice. Location is also good walking distance the train station and city center. Just only one difficulty is car parking. hotel is not providing car parking you have to park your car private parking area and it is very expensive.
