This property served 5 middle aged friends well for a girl's weekend in Nashville. Quiet neighborhood in a central location for sightseeing downtown and surrounding area. Well-appointed, quiet location with garage access made it an ideal location.

The property is immaculate and in a great, safe, quiet neighborhood. Its also close to everything, but you do need transportation. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this great townhouse. Beautifully decorated and spacious, it had everything we needed for our group of 7. Host was very responsive! Very short uber ride to downtown!

We had a wonderful time! The place was perfect for the 6 of us! Had plenty of room. It is a great location; easy access to downtown, the Gulch and the airport. Had a little challenge (I think was me. 😎) with the locks. Management can quickly and straightened us out. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our needs. We were in Nashville to attend a family wedding, and this property was close to all of the event venues, as well as downtown. Our two vehicles didn't fit into the small 2-car garage, but there was an additional space adjacent to the unit.

Nashvilla was the perfect place to stay for our girl’s weekend trip. It was spacious, clean and close to everything.

We did enjoy our stay, but we were not aware that 2 of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, and there are lots of stairs to climb, which was an issue for some of our friends.
The door codes were a little touchy to enter, but other than that, it was very clean and comfortable.

The house was as shown in the pictures.
Upon walking through the house, we found a large chunk of mud/clay in the 3rd floor bathroom. Otherwise all was good.
With scuffs on the stairwell, it shows that this unit is used often. We enjoyed using the TV in the living room to connect video games for 4 players.
With the winter storm warning in effect and 3+ inches of snow on the ground, we left as soon as possible Monday morning. Nashville roads weren’t cleared or even treated with salt. Scary driving!!

It was a wonderful place to celebrate my 60th birthday!! Bonus…The Dawgs we’re playing. Great house that had room enough for us!! Quick ride to Broadway (no trouble finding Ubers) and places to eat!!! Can’t wait until our next trip!

Property was great for our group - 3 couples along with a couple of our recently turned 21 kids. Great location. Super close to Belmont and a short Uber ride to Broadway. Had a great time!!

This property was great! Modern and new. Plenty of space with three levels plus garage parking.
Neighborhood is older but lots of remodeling and modernized happening. Location in my opinion is not within walking distance to Broadway or the Gulch but a quick Uber is equally easy and handy.
Definitely recommend this place! They allowed for early checkin as our flight got in early! YES!

The home was very clean with so much space including a garage, a good location with easy access to places we wanted to go, a quiet and safe neighborhood. Booking and check in were very easy. Highly recommend staying here!

This house was perfect for our 3 night stay! Only a 10 minute drive to Broadway.

All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The unit had two burned out light bulbs (no light at all on the lowest level). That was communicated via email to the address that was left in the unit, but we never received a reply. The alley way into the unit was full of trash, but that certainly is not within the purview of the landloard. Sounds like a complaint, but not really. Overall, a nice place to stay - great kitchen!

Me and friend came down to Nashville and stayed here and had an easy check-in and out. Property management responded quickly with an issues we had which were minor. Near downtown and the house was setup nicely. We had a great time staying here.
