Cute, clean, bright and cheery little house. Awesome showers, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, huge counter top space, great hot tub and outdoor fireplace. This house was perfect for our family of 6. After going out sight-seeing for the day, it was perfect to come back here to grill food, soak in the hot tub, sit by the fire and relax. Everything we could ask for....even a view of Pikes Peak out the kitchen window. For being right in a busy neighborhood area, we watched four huge deer walk right down the street past the house. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing stay! We spent several hours outside by the fire pit just hanging out. The beds were so comfortable, and the showers rocked. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

The house has been very nicely updated on the inside. The basement has a very large comfy couch and a nice big flatscreen tv. The hot and fire pit are awesome as well.

Everything was literally perfect. The house is so clean and all the amenities provided were so nice!! We forgot shampoo & conditioner so having it provided after the The spring water spa was nice. We all felt right at home and to be honest we didn’t want to leave. The property is 15 minutes from garden of the gods, manitou, and the zoo! Quick and easy to get to and from everywhere. The best was being able to relax in the hot tub provided as well after our activities. Super easy to use the and the lid is easy to open/close. There is a grill and fire pit that each have their own gas line so need to worry about a tank! Will absolutely be booking again in the future. Thank you again :)

Very clean. Convenient to downtown and Garden of the Gods. Owner responded right away to an issue with the hot tub. Great place for our party of 5.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and stocked with extras. It was close to downtown dining and within 10-15 minutes to most of the areas we were visiting. We even had a slight problem with the hot tub (our fault) and the owner patiently walked us through the fix. We loved having the hot tub to unwind after a day of touring the area and appreciated the extra bath and kitchen supplies. Overall, we had a great stay.

We had a amazing stay! Entire process was smooth and easy. Such great beds, kitchen, downstairs play room, and outdoor living. We even did laundry on our active girls trip. You will be happy with your stay!

The property owners have truly gone out of their way to make sure everything you need is provided. The home is very comfortable with nice beds and linens. The nicely landscaped yard is well contained for a dog. Having a hot tub to relax in is a wonderful perk. Thanks so much for a great place that accepts dogs.

Perfect house! Very noisy area, but mostly due to construction.

The house was perfect for us! My teenage daughter and friend claimed the downstairs, but we all spent most of our time down there unless we were outside enjoying the hot tub/view/backyard! My dogs especially liked the big backyard, they were able to run and play! The host were amazing telling us about some spots to hit, they responded quickly and were very accommodating! I really loved all the signs around the house as well! The beds were comfy, showers were great, plenty of towels, kitchen items, games…they really thought of everything! Plus the view out the back was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay!!

The home was clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay again. The back yard was great for our two small dogs. The location is central to everything. Communication and check-in was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The house is freshly remodeled both upstairs and downstairs with a cozy setup that was perfect for four adults and two pups- there is an additional two bedrooms that could have accommodated a larger party. Both bathrooms are very nice with surprisingly great water pressure in the showers and provided amenities such as forgotten small toiletries and hairdryers. The listing did not show photos of the lower level bedroom where we chose to stay while our friends took the upstairs king-size bed bedroom. The lower level bedroom has a king-size bed as well and is spacious and very comfortable without feeling too much like you are staying in a basement. It was perfect for us to stay with our pups and have a more private experience on the lower level, direct access to the backyard without having to disturb anyone upstairs, and close proximity to the in-home washer and dryer if needed. This property’s backyard is really a gem as we were able to safely enclose our pups while we enjoyed the gas fire-pit and hot tub areas. We experienced some difficulties with operating the hot tub the first night that I’m unsure if they were mechanical or user error issues, but the property owner was prompt to respond and address the issue for us. Part of our group was then able to enjoy the very clean hot tub and follow the easy and clear post-use cleaning instructions left by the property owners. We brought camping chairs rather than using the plastic chairs around the fire pit and were very comfortable and cozy on multiple cool weather nights. The two fenced in areas were very secure and created a lovely space for our pups to safely explore. The thoughtful property owners even provided dog-waste baggies to ensure the area remained spotless. The house location makes it a short drive to many restaurants and entertainment areas. The neighborhood is a classic older area that seemed to be experiencing higher than normal traffic flow due to a detour from construction, but this did not affect the quality of our stay as even the added noise in the backyard was very minimal. Overall we highly recommend this very clean, thoughtfully organized, pet-friendly home for a comfortable stay in Colorado Springs. We’d love to stay here again if ever back in the area. Thank you!
