clean, nice bathroom

not as advertised, several flats in the building not clear which one you get when making the initial booking. we were expecting a larger room.

There were no check in staff, it was all done via entry codes. I wasn’t expecting this, although it did say it in the booking documents. I must say I prefer the human touch. The room had everything I could have needed for a short stay. Car park was a decent size with plenty of room, but after I’d dropped my stuff off, I had to go back round the one was system to find the door to the garage. The hotel location was great for the Roman remains.

The hotel wasn’t in the best area, but that wasn’t an issue. The hotel didn’t provide breakfast, and I had to spend time hunting round the local streets to find some. It would be handy if the emailed guidance could suggest some places for breakfast.

Una ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo, en una calle muy tranquila, con el parking justo al lado y además con dos plazas para descargar y cargar el equipaje.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y que tuviera plaza de garaje aunque no cogimos el coche en todo el fin de semana por qué como ya digo todo estaba cerca. Nos mandaron un mensaje con las claves de acceso por la mañana antes de llegar y información para poder visitar y la verdad es que lo agradecimos muchísimo. Muy amables recomendable 100%

El baño en la habitación la puerta era corredera lo que no daba mucha intimidad. El lavabo más grande qje la pila se caía todo el agua y era incómodo. Las almohadas… creo que deberían cambiarlas incómodas se deformaban… Y bueno nos tocó la habitación 1 y bueno se oía todo…

无可挑剔！房间离主要景点都很近，位置方便且闹中取静，能够睡个好觉。房间面积较大，屋内设施齐全且现代化（特别是吹风机，是我这趟旅行住的酒店里的最好的😂）。工作人员热情友好，线上回复消息及时，不仅协助我提前入住，还帮助了我在退房后寄存行李。特别是这次旅行赶上了当地的Emérita Lúdica，房东热情向我介绍了这个节日。非常完美的旅行，期待有机会回到梅里达再次入住这里！

提醒一下搭大巴来的游客，从车站走到酒店的坡路比较多，需要规划好步行路线～

The room was nice and clean. Location was good

It states that parking is available but then they only have four spaces for 5 apartments, which doesnt make sense. They were full so we had to park 5 minutes away from the apartment. Also when we entered the room there were tons of flies attached to the wall. We were shocked. We called the property and she told me to go in search for a spray in a cupboard downstairs and that the maid had left the window open. In the end we had to sleep with the bad smell of the spray and flies around us. Not really professional service.
