lovely villa as described on website...great location if you don't intend to do much...The owner Emilio couldn't have been more helpful if he tried, unfortunately we got stuck on a Covid lockdown, but he did everything he could to help. We shall definitely return

FANTASTISCH!!

grande villa atypique très bien située à proximité de la plage et des commerces et d'une promenade cyclable et piétons en bord de mer pour rejoindre Arrecife. Villa peut - être un peu proche de l'aéroport, mais il n'y a pas d'avion la nuit. Nous étions un groupe de 8 amis et nous avons passé des vacances très agréables, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et pu visiter l'île superbe. Nous reviendrons à Lanzarote. Merci au propriétaire Emilio qui répond à toutes nos attentes et reste joignable en permanence Martine

We were guests of Emilio with 7 people from 20.12.2019 - 03.01.2020. We had a wonderful time. The house is ideal for a large family or group. There are 5 bathrooms. The beach is only 100 m away. The promenade invites you to go for a walk and is ideal for cycling tours to Arrecife or Puerto del Carmen. Everything was clean and tidy. Emilio is a perfect host. We would love to come back sometime.

Emillo is the host with the most nothing is too much trouble to make your stay special. The house is a great place to chill and party with friends and family. Loved it that much back next year

There is so much to say, I don’t know where to start. From the moment we booked the villa, Emilio was so helpful. Provided with info when asked and nothing was ever too much 😀 Arrived at villa and we couldn’t stop smiling .... it was really spacious, clean and better than described in my opinion. Used the bikes loads to go to Arrecife and Las Playas which saved us a lot of money on hiring them. The pool table and swimming pool was a big hit with us all - evening swim with lights on and game of pool - perfect way to end the day 😀 There was everything you could possibly want - quiet areas, huge living and dining space, roof terrace to watch the planes and large indoor BBQ area. Emilio was always on hand to help when needed and nothing was too much but we never felt we were being watched..... even when I had difficulty getting a taxi, I would text and he would send it to us - thanks Emilio 😉 Would not hesitate in recommending Ity House to anyone and hope to be back in the future 😀👍

This was the first time we have rented a villa as there were nine of us in the family and wanted to be altogether as it was grandchildrens first holiday abroad. We were met by Emilio who showed us around, the villa was massive and beautifully decorated with plenty of bedrooms, pool table, TV and plenty of toys for the kids in the pool with the beach five minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. We had a problem with our flight being put back until 9.00 pm but Emilio let's us stay in the villa until later that day this was our best holiday yet and will be coming back again Gracias Emilio and hope to see you soon Derek and family

I have just returned from a wonderful week in ITY house in Playa Honda with my husband, our two grown children, their partners and my mother . To say the villa exceeded our expectations is an understatement. With seven adults in one house there was so much space that we could not have asked for more. From the beautiful roof top with dining area and separate loungers and seats ( and hammock) to the downstairs terrace areas with barbecue , more dining tables and two other outside seatings areas- as well as pool table and the beautiful pool - it was one surprise after another . The whole house and outside areas are covered in original artworks that are really something to see and will keep you discovering more and more of them every day . Emilio was so welcoming and helpful throughout the visit and the run up to it also and nothing was too much . Although early in the year we found some lovely restaurants including Eric’s and we also enjoyed some lunches at Goliath bar too where the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We also made good use of the bikes that Emilio supplies and cycled into Playa Del Carmen and Arrecife as well as making good use of the beach which is less that five minutes walk away from the villa. We made wonderful memories in a beautiful villa and we look forward to returning again.

We stayed here last week and we found the house first class. The bedroooms were spacious and two of the bedrooms in the downstairs were en-suite with showers / bath the other had a shower and bathroom in the hall just outside the bedroom door. The kitchen was ‘home from home’with electric cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and ample cooking utensils and cutlery plates etc. There was an excellent pool table that kept my grandson occupied when he had too much sun or pool time. Adjacent to the pool area was a utility room with washing machine and dryer. It was a really wonderful week. It’s location is excellent, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and local supermarket. Emilio was very helpfull if we had any questions and always responded immediately. I have stayed in Lanzarote on numerous occasions and this stay was my most enjoyable yet and I would no hesitation returning or recommending this accommodation.

Casa ubicada muy próxima a magnífica playa y desde donde iniciar rutas por toda la isla, la casa con 5 habitaciones y 5 cuartos de baño 2 de ellos con hidromasaja, ofrece todo el confort necesario para disfrutar unas magníficas vacaciones, la cocina está dotada de todo lo necesario para no char de menos las comodidades del hogar, tiene también cuarto de lavandería con secadora, amplios salones y sala de juegos, 2 comedores uno con barbacoa, piscina y solárium, además 4 bicicletas para poder recorrer un gran paseo al lado del mar de muchos kilómetros, el propietario Emilio siempre atento a todo lo que se pueda necesitar, difícil encontrar algo mejor para unas vacaciones en familia o grupo de amigos.

We all enjoyed a really lovely holiday in a perfect location. The house was immaculate and had more than enough room for the five adults in our party. We sometimes had to search for each other, as there are so many places to relax within and outside the house. Emilio was a great host and went out of his way to ensure our stay was a real pleasure. The fact that he lives close by is a real bonus, nothing was to much for him. He even let us back into the house for a night as our flight was delayed. This was our fourth visit to Playa Honda and this house and Emilio as a host beat the rest by a mile. Thanks again Emilio.

The villa had everything we needed to accommodate our needs. There was so much space and different areas to suit the time of day. The children loved the pool and the inflatables provided. The bikes were extremely useful for travelling to Puerto Del Carmen and Arrecife. The bikes included 4 adult bikes and 1 child's plus a child seat. The location of the villa is excellent. It's away from the busy tourist areas but still has lots of restaurants and local shops. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is everything that earlier reviews have claimed. Great facilities and rooms. As a party of four, we couldn't begin to fully utilize this house. There is a differently patio/nook for every time of the day. This home could easily accommodate 10 people with the three bedrooms on the main floor and the two unadvertised rooms on the upper floor. The bikes, the pool, the pool table, the multiple patios and garden nooks really add a lot of value to this property. In addition to the great property, is its owner, Emilio: very gracious, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. The home was very clean and well prepared for us. The location is phenomenal, just off the beautiful Playa Honda beach and its 20 km promenade that stretches from Peurto del Carmen to Arrecife. Thanks you, Emilio, for the making our month in Lanzarote such a terrific experience.

Emillio Your previous tenants have already said it all and we totally agree with their lovely past comments. It was a pleasure to stay in your house. Thank you for letting us drop off our luggage with you upon our arrival. We arrived early and you were still working hard with getting the house ready for us. This gave us the opportunity for a relaxing walk along the promenade and a few tapas - a good start to the holiday. We have been coming for holidays to Playa Honda for 10 years. Being back here is like coming home. Such a beautiful, friendly town with a lovely beach and plenty of places to eat. . Following your hard work the house was very clean. Thank you also for the big bowl of fruit and the chocolates. The property was well equipped and maintained. It catered for all our needs, and Emillio was close at hand if anything further was required. Other members of our party of six have expressed their enjoyment in the games area where we had fun most evenings playing pool. We made good use of the bikes too. We also really enjoyed our BBQ. It was good to be outside but still under cover in the evenings. Lovely views from the roof terrace. We are missing the sunsets. Until the next time, Emillio. We will certainly be coming back. Wonderful relaxing villa with lots of space. The house was in great condition for us, well equipped kitchen and utility room, private pool, jacuzzi bath, a pool table, stereo, good satellite TV, even bikes to borrow. Situated metres from the beach with great walks around the coastline towards Arrecife or Puerto Del Carmen. 3 large sized bedrooms all on the ground floor plus additional rooms on the roof floor for teenagers or couples and plenty of space for relaxing outside, or in the conservatory area which has a huge bbq and dining area. To top it all a great solarium on the roof. Photos don't do it justice! Emilio was a fantastic host and was kind enough to take us up to the big supermarket nearby so we could get our first shopping in, he left a lovely surprise of chocolates and wine for us. Suitable for big families and groups of friends as plenty of chill out space for everyone. A real home from home. The villa is next to the airport but we enjoyed watching the planes come in and out, there is no traffic between 11pm and 7am so you are not disturbed by noise. Another plus is the transfers are just 5 minutes. The area is very quiet and residential so hire a car if you prefer - we enjoyed using the local buses to go into the nearby resorts (Costa Teguise/Arrecife bus for 1.60) and would get taxis back in the evening which were very cheap. There are several nice restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk along the beach promenade and a large shopping centre about 20 minutes walk. There is also a small grocers across the road which was great for fresh bread in the morning. We had a lovely holiday and would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Choosing from the pool area, games room, shaded seating area, as well as the barbecue area (inside and out). There was a concern initially on location near the airport, however, although you do hear and see the planes taking off and land you soon forget about it. Most flights finish by 10.30/11pm. Emilio was a perfect host and couldn't do enough for us when asked. Easy to contact and gave us some places to go and see which we wouldn't have gone to as most weren't on any tourist maps, specifically good places to eat....and some to avoid ;-) He has bikes available to use (very useful to cycle along the beach front which has a cycle path all along from arrecife down past Puerto del Carmen and possibly further. Local shop across the road and pizza made our first night nice and simple to relax and unpack. Shopping mall in a very short drive. Supermarket in even less. Everything you need on your doorstep if you just want to relax with the option to go out round the island very easily if you want. The property overall is very accommodating and would go back on our next visit to Lanzarote . Emilio was a great host and one if the most friendly we've met. Emilios palace is a wonderful place to stay in lanzarote! All modern conveniences emaculatly clean! Extremely spacious the photos do not do it justice! Emilio is the perfect host giving advice on were to eat and were to shop etc. Extremely helpful and an all round nice guy kepping in touch via WhatsApp and the messaging service on this app! All in all you could not ask for a better villa or host! Thank you agin Emilio we will definitely be back hopefully soon!

Beautiful spacious apartment, with own Pool walking distance from beach with baywatch en very nice clear water. We had no problems with the airplanes there are no night flights. Recommended!!

Stayed in this fantastic Villa recently, very spacious with its own pool and is very close to Playa Honda beach Top class facilities in the house with everything you need including added bonus of high speed Wifi. The TV also had English (BBC, ITV, C$ etc) and Irish TV (Yes Irish TV channels....great for the GAA on a Sunday!). Swimming pool was great for me and my wife with the 3 kids (6, 7 & 9), we spent many afternoons lounging around the pool but if we had enough of that we just went to the closeby beach. Owner also provided bikes which was another added bonus to allow us cycle from Playa Honda into Puerto Del Carmen or elsewhere!. We did hire a car for a week which you would need to explore the island but again received a good deal on recommendation from owner. Delighted with our stay and all the facilities available A++. Our family spent absolutely fabulous two weeks in this beautiful villa! Spacious place very well equipped, has everything you need to relax and have fun. It's a gem for those who cherish privacy and comfort. Didn't even have time to enjoy all the facilities of the villa, like barbecue area and the grill. Emilio is the most hospitable and thoughtful host we ever met. Thank you for taking a good care of us and for buying support wheels for the bicycle . Looking forward to staying there again.

Myself and four friends spent our Christmas holidays in Emilio's beautiful villa in Playa Honda. It was our first trip to Lanzarote and it could not have been better! We stayed for one week and never left the area of Playa Honda, as it was so relaxing and had everything we needed nearby. It is a lovely place to walk around. It has a good shopping centre, nice restaurants and cafes and is not too touristy, which is exactly the kind of place that we were looking for. We had a nice time meeting the locals in the bars too.It is a very friendly place! For us, the best part of the holiday was relaxing and enjoying Emilio's wonderful home. It had everything we needed and more. It has a heated swimming pool that we spent lots of our holiday in and is a great sun trap during the daytime. In the evening we played his pool table A LOT, it was so much fun. There are so many recreational areas to enjoy, we had dinner in a different area every night, including lovely barbecues in his barbecue area. We also enjoyed watching some Christmas movies in the sitting room on Christmas day, as he had generously installed satellite channels for us (along with a gorgeous Christmas tree). Emilio also left some bikes for us to use which was really nice of him and very handy for us when we wanted to go to the supermarket or for a cycle on the nice promenade. Even though I did not get to meet Emilio in person (our contact was through email) he is easily one of the most generous, helpful and nicest hosts I have had the pleasure of staying with. He really made our first holiday to Lanzarote very special for us. His house reflects his relaxed and funny personality and we are already looking forward to returning for our holidays again this year. I give his house 11 out of 10!
