駅近 朝市とても近い

隣の音や電気の配線音なのか不明の物音がする。 パジャマが暑い。 室内灯のスイッチを全て自分で探さないと見つからない。

駅前。朝市もすぐそこ。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、部屋の設備は整っていて豪華な感じでした。朝ごはんの選択肢も多く、和洋どちらもありました。

Great location - across the road from the railway station, and easy access to walking or tram car exploration of the town. The breakfast was exceptional compared to similarly priced hotels we experienced in our slow meander through Japan.

函館駅が目の前で便利だった。 部屋が広く、アメニティが充実してた。

洗面所やバスタブの周りに、物を置くスペースがあまりなかった。

ツインの割には広めだった 朝食会場が清潔で良かった もちろん食事も美味しかった

La máquina de café gratuita en el lobby del hotel sólo funciona unas horas en horario de tarde.

We had to separate into two rooms which is fine and we knew about it but I don’t understand why they couldn’t put the rooms next to each other.

駅チカで、部屋も広く、清潔感がありゆっくりできた。簡易的なドリップのコーヒー、紅茶がとても助かりました。 ロビーにあるウェルカムコーヒーも美味しかったです

The hotel is located right next to the exit of JR Hakodate. Appreciated the long sofa in the room and the USB charging port right by the bed.

The place is a bit rundown. No nightwear provided. The remote control was dirty. The laundry machines are dirty and they disabled the passcode lock. The toiletries provided in the shower are in those disposable tiny bottles and not of good quality. The air conditioning ventilation in the room is problematic and noisy.

The AC is not functioning well. Although it had been set to 20 degree celcius, the actual room temp was 26 . The staff said that since it's central AC, it had already max capacity. They offer a fan, to help the wind circulation, which I refused, since I need a cooler room, not a windy room. They can't give me other room, since the hotel was full . So I have to stay on that uncomfortable room for 2 nights. They appologize and offer breakfast voucher , which I refused, since what I need is comfortable room, not breakfast.

Loved the location, quiet but still close to everything. The hotel decor was very nice and had everything we needed.

One small thing. The complimentary self-serve coffee machine in the lobby wasn't available until the afternoon. Must people need coffee in the mornings, guess coffee in the afternoon is a Japan thing.

Its directly next to Hakodate Station. Very good location. Room interior is kind of old. The step to toilet is very high. At this price cant really complain. The hotel still gives free beer and snacks at the starry bar. Overall quite good. Room is very spacious too. Stay at highest floor, able to view sunrise from the room.

Interior design is kind of old. Room a bit too dark and one light not working.
