The property looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and well supplied. The location could not be beat; steps from Flagler! The ground floor made walking to the pool and beach quick and easy!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect if you plan on eating out! It was one short block away from Flagler Avenue and all the restaurants .The unit was nice, freshly painted, and the king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped , though scissors to open stuff with and a measuring cup and a measuring tablespoon would have been nice. I think that the owners are continuing to fix up the unit, as far as aesthetics are concerned. There is not private internet- but the building has free internet. The TV’s are not ‘smart TV’s’ but do have cable and some Showtime channels. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings and watching the ocean. The boardwalk to the beach was just steps away, located right next to the building. There were about 14 steps that one would need to get down to get on the beach, very easy to do. The boardwalk was located against a gopher turtle preservation area and we enjoyed spotting them in the small protected lot. They do have some beach chairs but they are in bad shape so be sure to bring beach chairs and an umbrella! The staff that runs Oceania Plaza were very nice and helpful. They offer free day parking pass if you have a visitor for the day. There is also washers and dryers that you can use for $2.75 a load. The swimming pool was well maintained and the lounge chairs there were maintained as well. The lounge area could use a major upgrade as far as decor is concerned-but was clean and well maintained. We did not spend anytime there, we enjoyed walking on the beach, sitting on the beach and visiting the national park and nature preserves. We stayed there for nearly a month in February which was a very pleasant time to go. President’s Day weekend begins the busy season so there will be lots of exciting activity to watch!

Building is fairly “tired” and could definitely use a facelift. Our unit was in decent condition but definitely not one of the better ones that we have stayed in over the number of years in new Smyrna.

Great location literally on the beach with a pool about 50 feet away. The only bummer was the condition of the beach chairs which were so old, rusty and broken we could barely use them. Otherwise the property was amazing!

Beware of predatory towing and get your parking pass before you do anything. The towing company had my vehicle pulled out while I was unloading. This occurred around 9pm. The unit was very nice. However they should have stocked extra paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. The bottom full size bunk bed needs to be replaced. Other than that, the unit was great.

Stayed a week and didn't want to leave. The pictures are very accurate including access and view of the ocean. We hadn't experienced a beach where vehicles are allowed but found it to not be a big deal. Access to Flagler Avenue is also excellent. I do have to agree with other reviews that mattresses need to be replaced.

Great location, easy access because it was on the first floor. Looked like it was updated recently as everything was fresh and new with two exceptions. New beds are needed as they were uncomfortable and lumpy and the furniture was uncomfortable as well.

We had an amazing time while we were there only complaint we had was the pool was not heated while we were there because it was broke and that was the main reason we rented this property was because it had a heated pool but other than that no complaints

We have visited this property in the past and were always pleased until a few years ago. Obviously you have been working on the property as it looks great. Only thing bad I can say about our unit was that someone might want to check out the mattresses. Very lumpy. All in all a great stay.

The beach is always nice. The condo master bedroom bed was broken, and there was a hole in the kids bedroom door. All in all, the family was happy. As the dad paying the bills, I'll say i paid a premium price and didn't get a premium interior. The furniture and the beds should have been way more upscale. A cloth couch and cloth chairs in a vacation rental is just gross.

Breathtaking view! Well equipped with just about everything you need! It does however need ceiling fans because it gets pretty stuffy in there. The matress in the master bedroom is in desperate need of replacement- it has a huge dip in the middle. But other than that it was perfect size for our family of 4! I hope to stay in this same unit when we return next year!

Such a lovely property and the location can’t be beat. We loved the convenience of being steps away from both the beach and the pool. And everything you could want is just a short distance away! Even Flagler Avenue! This would have been a perfect 5 star review if it hadn’t been for the mattress in the master bedroom. It has evidently been well used and is overly soft and saggy. Anyone with back issues will tell you the lack of support is hard on the back. Even without back issues you may wake up with a stiff back. It’s time to update! We would love to return to NSB and possibly even this property if they would invest in an new mattress. It really is a lovely place.

It was a quick smooth process! The only issue we had is check out was at 10:00 AM and you had to wash all beach towels and the laundry didn’t open until 8:00 AM so we had to scurry to get 2 loads done with 1 washer/dryer out.

A little disappointed in condo inside but liked location.
