Condo was clean. Only downside was that the bathrooms water pressure was very low.

This condo has the best view of any property we have stayed in. Very clean

The condo well equipped and in a great location with great views. We really enjoyed area and will definitely be back.

Condo was good everything was as described. We had a great stay. Nice place with comfortable furnishings. Decent beach chairs would have been nice. Also only able to set the thermostat to 74 and up left it a little stuffy inside at times. Great Oceans sent the wrong door code after 2 calls and 2 transfers and then a call back it finally got straightened out. I think Sea Coast could have handled the problem much faster. We really liked the corner balcony.

We really enjoyed the Condo mostly for the Location and walking to the beach! The stairs up to the unit were a lot to manage..... the elevator was a bit scary and definitely needs some work. It was difficult getting all of our things up the stairs because a cart was not available under the stairwell as listed in the documents we received. Condo itself could use some updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Overall our stay was good. The property was well appointed and the view spectacular. A major hiccup in our trip was beyond their control, the city put out a boil water advisory for the area on the day of check in and extending a day into our trip. This delayed the availability of the unit, by only 30 minutes or so. In my opinion the management team missed a few marks: - it would have been wonderful to provide us with at least 4 (the # of people registered) bottles of water since we couldn't readily drink the tap water upon arrival. - charging customers for not washing their beach towels seems a little over kill, especially when they are already paying a cleaning fee and a washer and dryer are not provided in the unit AND it's $3.00 to do a load of laundry on-site not including the cost of detergent - the pool code left on the fridge door was not correct - provide a map of the property showing where the designated parking space is, it's very difficult to see the numbers when coming in at night - also on the map, provide the location of elevators, the office (where you need to go to get your parking pass), and the laundry room - provide a key to the laundry room To the credit of the management company they quickly responded to my emails asking questions, however they didn't follow through on my request for a laundry room key which left me disputing cleaning charges for beach towels left unwashed - which they did remove. Overall, I would stay at the Sea Coast Condominiums again, I'm just unsure if I would rent through Great Ocean Condos and Homes again.

Had been empty, so needed some cleaning. Living room furniture very worn, uncomfortable, and needed replacing. Two faucets dripped and needed attention. View from balcony was very nice.

The beach was lovely and easy to access. The condo needs updating. Parking is a problem for more than one car. Very family oriented complex lots of children and big families.

Excellent property. It did appear that the showers were not cleaned prior to our arrival, but overall it was a great stay.

This is the perfect rental if you are looking for quiet, peaceful, family friendly vacation. This is a 4th floor unit in a 5 floor condo. The ocean and pool views are amazing! We enjoyed our stay immensely!
