Th view was great except for not being able to see the sunset, the utensil drawer was filthy as well as some of the other drawers had hair in them. The beach chairs had sand in them for so long that they are rusting, when I pulled them out dirt, sand and rust went everywhere so I had to clean it up. I paid that amount of money so I could clean but in order for me to be comfortable putting my belongings I didn't have a choice. I know you can't spend 3 or 4 hours per room every time but you should have every inch of each rental property at least once every 3 months so the people that pays this ridiculous amounts of money to basically have a place to sleep. Being a business owner myself I understand the insurance and taxes you have to pay but I also understand that every company has their way of getting out of paying every penny you make to the government. I know you have to be careful but by offering certain people discounted rates if they pay cash would help you and your customers.

We have stayed in New Smyrna Beach since the 1980s. We loved this part of the beach and the landscaping, pool & grill area was perfect. Beach access was so easy. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. 5G internet was fast. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. It advertises pets but that means only if over 6 months of age and under 20 pounds. 15 minutes from Riverview Spa where massage was only $90. Bring a compact car if you plan to park in designated parking space. Very few items needed tweaking or repair. Has Beach chairs and umbrella. We plan to return to the resort hopefully this summer.

Condo was beautiful, peaceful & relaxing!

We enjoyed the condo! No issues. 5 stars! We would definitely stay there again.

Waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise was heavenly! The view from the condo can’t be beat. The beach was perfect, white sand and clear water. The pool was also very nice. The condo could use a little updating but it was certainly comfortable and it worked for my family.

Kitchen missing staple necessities such as a good knife set and chop blocks- my husband and I cook a majority of our food and do not go out to eat-therefore we would have benefited from a sharp knife set, sauce pans, and various sized mixing bowls. Blinds did not move with ease, and master bedroom closet sliding door was stuck open-probably off of its tracks. TV using DVD player was challenging to operate but we figured it out after some time. View of ocean and pool were amazing. We spent every day on the beach and at the pool. Condo was clean and entire complex was well kept. Although the rules stated that Ebb Tide was a smoke-free property, the elevator lobby on the ground floor often reaked of cigarette smoke. All-in-all this was a great location and we appreciated it being dog friendly.

Glad we could take our dogs. My only complaint was that the dogs couldn't go on the balcony, which is something we enjoy doing.
