Our family wanted to stay on Daytona Beach to enjoy the beautiful sunrises Daytona has to offer, unfortunately the rear balcony of this unit is on the north rear side of the building with no view of the sunrise. In addition, the main rear balcony abuts another unit balcony which affords no privacy. They essentially face each other. If the neighbor is out on his balcony, you might as well invite him over to yours because that’s how close they are. Also, because of its location, the unit has limited beach views as well. If I would have known this in advance, I would not have stayed here. The unit was ok in terms of overall cleanliness. However, the master shower floor grout was sloppily finished, the main ac return exhibited dust accumulation, and the washer machine exhibited mold and mildew (for those reasons, we did not use it). The landlord indicated that was because people leave the door closed, it should be left open for ventilation. Regardless, it should be cleaned between tenants just like the ac return. It’s a large unit but the floor plan is kind of choppy and main living area is segregated into smaller spaces. It does have all the amenities you would need including cutlery, appliances, glass and cooking ware. The unit does offer covered parking and an adjacent enclosed dog park. Overall, the building appeared to be adequately maintained.

Overall we had a great time . The positive points about this property is the condo itself is spacious , comfortable beds , nice large bathrooms . Beach is just steps away . Only a few minor complaints .. we were only provided with 1 extra garabage bag , and 1 dishwasher pod . We were there for 5 days with 8 people so we had to purchase our own . I did mention to the property manager and she brought “one” extra garbage bag ., There was also a large mound of dirty paper towels left in the guest bath . Not a huge deal , I’m sure it was left accidentally . Overall It’s a nice property : we had a great time !

Ocean Vistas is a great building and we've stayed in several units now. April was great and very helpful. We had a really nice time and we were thrilled that we could stay 10 days. Its not clear from the photos but this unit does not have a private balcony as it is on the side of the building and I feel this should be mentioned/shown. This may not matter to most but we may have selected a different unit had we known. Other than that, we really enjoyed the condo! It was especially helpful for our elderly Mom that the parking spaces were very close. We left an item behind and we were very thrilled that they shipped it to us for a small fee. Thank you!

We had a great month-long stay at Ocean Vistas. Condo was well-appointed, clean, roomy, comfortable beds and BEAUTIFUL views. We appreciated the fenced dog walk attached to the building, lighted makeup mirror, blender, spices, the parking spot by the elevator, the gym, pool and the overall upkeep of the building and grounds. Will stay here anytime we find ourselves in Daytona. All top-notch! Thanks!!

Loved this property!! 3 different balconies, great views. If I had 2 complaints, it would be to update the TVS, get bigger smart TVs with streaming. Plus, the towels are very old. I’d get all new towels. Otherwise… this place is really PARADISE🥰🥰

Great Location to stay while in Daytona Beach

This year was monumental for our family - my Father is the last living Patriarch of our entire family-at-large! He will be 91 years young this year! He requested to come to Daytona Beach for very personal reasons. I saw this unit online, and my Father fell in love with it from the pictures. However, I appreciate this unit for much more than the aesthetics (which were very important, too). Having parking spaces right at the elevator and minimal steps from the elevator to the unit - this was amazing for our family...especially for my Father. Having the carts to easily get groceries and luggage to and from the unit...amazing! The views from every room/window - amazing! Also, working with Carmen and April was especially nice - thank you both for your kindness and consideration. Carmen, you are an incredible person, and my family and I look forward to many more stays with you and Dennis in beautiful Daytona Beach! God bless!

Suites are beautiful, has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Very large and spacious unit; Well located on the beach; Excellent view from the 11th floor, both East towards the ocean and West towards the intracoastal waterway ; Our purpose was to make our separation from our 18 year old grand daughter as easy as possible as she started her freshman year at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and would be on her own for the first time in her life ; Her parents and our three grandchildren were with us so we needed a large unit close to the college (15 minutes away by car); Well appointed , luxurious, comfortable, lacking nothing for a one week stay; I even managed to do some review studying myself enjoying the view and the ocean breeze from the terrace plus take lots of photos of pelicans, seagulls, dolphins and osprey's with my telephoto lenses; A relaxing and very memorable six days ; We can wholeheartedly recommend the experience ; Only one little item that should be easy to fix: : the fridge has a noisy door , it leaks, and needs replacement ; Otherwise our full recommendations.

Spacious condo with great views of the ocean and the waterway. Far away from pier craziness but close enough for us to check it out. Two parking spaces by elevator are a plus. Overall a 5 star property for the price

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was very clean. We were on the 11th floor so the view of the ocean was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay. Would rent again.

My family and I stayed in this unit for 10 wonderful days. This is the classiest condo on Daytona Beach. The unit was no exception and was beautifully decorated. It was extremely spacious and we did not really feel as if we were even staying in a condo. There were televisions in every room, even the master bathroom! There were 3 separate balconies attached that were just amazing. You get views of the ocean as well as the intercoastal and being on the 11th floor just made it even more spectacular. They had a variety of board games available which was very nice. The laundry room was awesome. There were a few things, however, that needed to be addressed that were not. We had 2 light bulbs out in the master bathroom. The oven had not been cleaned and the last renters left grease or something in the bottom of the oven that smoked when we used the oven the first time. However, we cleaned it as well as we could. I think these things should have been addressed at the time of cleaning. I don't think the owners were aware of this. There was not a lot of available cleaning products, but we bought our own and made it work. I think there should have been more towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We only had five people, but for a larger group they would not have had enough. The best part of the trip was the fact that we were able to bring our pets. We were so thankful that we had such a beautiful place that allowed us that privilege. We were very respectful of this and made sure to take extra care with our pups. There were plenty of beach chairs and even a beach tent. We brought our own, but had we known there was one, we would have used it. Thank you Carmen and Dennis for providing such a gorgeous place for us to enjoy our vacation. We definitely plan to come back!
