We really enjoyed the property, it had everything. Easy access to the beach and a patio to bbq on.
I would highly recommend this house. The owner was easily accessible for questions or problems.

We had the BEST time. There was EVERYTHING we needed and more within the house. It was so close to the beach, coffee and market-always an easy walk with our littles. The bottom floor patio was large enough for BBQ’s and children playing. So thankful for the time there.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The rooms were good size with clean bath rooms for each.
Tons of big thick beach towels to enjoy the days on the beach.
Plenty of room for our large party to enjoy the outside on the patio and the multiple decks, as well as relax on large comfortable couches in the living rooms. Really spacious living rooms and kithcens.
Kitchens had all modern appliances including counter top appliances like Air fryer, toaster oven and multifunction coffee maker. Great set of plates glasses and coffee mugs for use.
This property was really easy to get to from the main road and the 2 car garage made parking never a worry. The beach was 1 minute walk and the bay 3 minutes. We spent a whole day boogie boarding -- they have a half dozen and almost a dozen sand chairs.
My family had such agreat time. and this house helped make it possible.

House is as advertised. Absolutely beautiful and everything inside the house is top notch. The owner, Clark is an incredible host. Absolutely would recommend staying here; especially if you have multiple families. It’s the perfect layout and everyone has their own space. We will be coming back for sure. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Communication with host was prompt. The house perfectly accommodated our family with age’s ranging from 3yrs - 80yrs. The location was amazing…close to boardwalk, beach, zoo, Balboa Park, restaurants. We had an excellent time! Thank you so much to the hosts!

10 of us stayed very comfortably, ranging from age 4 to 80. Lots of beds/bedrooms fit us easily. Perfect stay just a few steps away from mission beach, watched gorgeous sunsets every night, easy drives to everything we wanted to do and see in San Diego. Clark was very attentive and responsive

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room for dinning and activities. It was a huge plus to have restaurants, bars and Belmont amusement park all within walking distance. The ocean is just steps away and we enjoyed taking the provided beach chairs down to the sand. Clark was very helpful with any questions we had. We would recommend this lovely home for a fun get away.

This was a great location with a very nice house located a few steps from the beach and a short distance from Belmont park. Clark made sure that the check in/check out process was smooth and he was excellent in communicating any details that I needed to know for the stay. We will definitely be including this property in our favorites list.
This part is more of an FYI to those looking to book this property. My cell provider is Verizon and I had bad reception in mission beach. However, if you have T-Mobile, you should be totally fine (my brother had full reception). Wi-Fi is included with the stay, so it was not an issue for me, but thought I would mention that for those who would find it helpful.

We loved staying at this house, only a few doors from the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group. Our host made sure we had everything we needed to have a great Thanksgiving week stay. Including buying a turkey pan and basting supplies! Great outdoor gathering space too. Would definitely stay here again, when in San Diego!

Our stay was wonderful! We wanted a rental that would fit the larger family for our wedding week. Everyone loved it! Plenty of room/supplies for individual space as well as for hosting. Clark was great at communicating and checked on us to see if we needed anything. You can tell he takes pride in his rentals and their quality. We’ll definitely be staying in one of his units again.

We had a great stay while we were here. The house had everything you need to enjoy the beach with towels, chairs and boogie boards. We thought we were going to have some additional people with us, so with only 11 of us we had a huge amount of room. We look forward to planning another trip back.

If you are traveling to the San Diego area, you should definitely consider this house. The owner is VERY ATTENTIVE and communicates very well. The house is spacious and steps to the beach. Would stay there again if back in the area!

The place was wonderful for 7 families. Enough room to all come together and to have alone time.
It would have been helpful to have a book that indicated checkout procedures and amenities., which were many. Also the main patio needed more shade and would have been good to have more patio furniture. These are just suggestions and would not prevent us from renting again. The owner was a wonderful host and a pleasure to work with! Responded within hours of all requests.

I've stayed at numerous VRBOs in Mission Beach through the years. This was by far the best. There was room for all 13 of us, very nice beach chairs, plenty of towels, easy access to the beach and Belmont Park. It was also very quiet at night which was a surprise so close to Belmont. Another plus was the additional available parking, we always bring 3 cars, and it was nice to have a large parking lot down the street at Belmont. I hope that VRBOs are still available in Mission Beach next year.

The owner was awesome to work with!! The beach house was the best stocked vacation rental compared to other properties that we have rented. The house was very clean and perfect for our family vacation!! Plus, the beach house is in an excellent location within the beach area...and within San Diego! We will certainly come back to this property in the future!!!

Best beach house we have ever rented. Close to the beach, restaurants, mini grocery store and Belmont Park. Everything was included, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs. We will definitely br back!

Our family stays in Mission Beach each Summer and this was, by far, the best we've stayed at. Plenty of room for our larger group. Being so close to Belmont, it was surprisingly quiet. We had a couple issues at first but Clark had them fixed immediately...he was very attentive. My only complaint would be that there wasn't much storage space for our grocery items. We loved it here and would definitely come back!!

Such a great house and it’s in the perfect location- close to Belmont Park and the best Mexican food spot. There’s a liquor store and convenience mart a block away. House comes equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the owner of this house is the best!!!! He will take care of all of your needs! Will definitely be back :)

It is my family’s fourth annual trip to San Diego and this beautiful house by far, is the best. Love the house, it is very clean, and stocked with all the necessities. You just show up, Clark has everything ready for you. It is so close to the beach and have 2 car garage. Clark is a cool and easygoing landlord. We would love to go back to this house next year.

My family stayed at this house for a week and were all very happy with our stay. The house is clean and the fact that Clark provides all necessary amenities (bedding lines, towels, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), all you have to do is show up and enjoy the beach. I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a large family.
