Great property quiet location and not far from bars and restaurants

I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenagers. The villa was spotless and had everything that we needed for the two weeks that we stayed. Amazing views and a lovely private garden and balcony. The complex was lovely and the pool area was nice and quiet whilst we stayed. Took about 20 minutes slow walking to the centre of los Christianos which was fine with us. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here and would book again if returning to the area.

Fantastic villa, very spacious & well equipped. Roof terrace , which had sun all day, was equipped with fridge & hot plate, sun loungers & table & chairs. Pleasant walk into town / beach , plenty of bars & restaurants within easy reach

Lovely stay in a clean and tidy apartment. Very quiet on a private complex. The only downside is that at 11pm you are expected to be quiet so you have to sit inside with the doors closed. Good location, not far from the beach.

Every aspect of this property met our expectations, EXcellent location, very well decorated, great pools and beautiful views from the many outdoor areas. Would not hesitate to visit again

Myself, wife, and 2 teenage children stayed at the property for 2 weeks from the 22/8/22. Communication with the Anford (property owner) is excellent and check in and out was easy. The property was exactly as described, with lots of outside areas to relax. My wife was even eating the mango's that fell from the tree in the small garden. The location of the property is in a residential area and was quiet (which is what we wanted), the pool area of the complex was never busy and in the 2 weeks of our stay, there was never more than 4 people on loungers around the larger of the 3 pools and even fewer in that pool. The nearest supermarket is approx a 5/10 minute walk and the centre of Los Cristianos is approx 15/20 min walk. Overall an excellent property and host and would highly recommend.

This villa exceeded our expectations. It's spacious and clean and had everything you could need. It's about 15-20 walk from the beach and the centre of Los Cristianos, but there are plenty of parking spaces on the road outside. The communal pool is big and not busy and plenty of free sunbed. The owner of the villa was very helpful and always available if needed.
