We had such a lovey time staying here! The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children, with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place was very clean, tidy and well maintained! The owners were very nice to communicate with through email and provided really helpful instructions to assist with the check in process. Overall we had a great time and this was a great rental! We would 100% rent this condo again!

We very much enjoyed our stay, in spite of, TS Ophelia. The condo is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, but still close to restaurants and shops. My only complaint is the lack of a full balcony to sit and enjoy the views.

We loved this area. The condo was very nice. Front door was extremely hard to lock, dryer does not really dry and the wrong bed sizes were given. There are 2 queen beds not one. Since you have to bring your own sheets this is important. Overall loved it.

The place was as described. Perfect location!! Parked when we arrived and didn’t have to drive again until the day we left. Very clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

The Opal is a great location with easy access to the beach. It is also close to bars and restaurants which is convenient but also a bit noisy for those who go to bed early. We had some trouble with parking and a toilet gone haywire, but Diane was quick to respond and helpful.

My friends and I spent a long weekend at this condo and we really loved it. The owner was very nice to work with, and we had no problems. The location was convenient to everything and the space was very comfortable. Definitely will rent again!

The Opal is one of the best places to stay in Dewey for its perfect central location. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was super helpful, responsive and wonderful to deal with. 10/10 would stay again.

We initially rented this property but closer time Diane messaged me and offered to provide us with a different place (vrbo wont let me comment on the property we did stay at) to stay due to construction in the area. The thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated especially since my wife does have a sensitivity to sound. Diane is a super host! She communicated with us regularly, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I am so very pleased with our stay. The place we stayed was beautiful, comfortable and so clean. I would imagine any place she rents would be of the same caliber. We brought all the recommended items she told use to being and i was beyond surprised as to what was provided in the house that i didnt think to being. Little things like pot holders, scissors and all the dishes you could possibly forget you use regularly. So there wasn’t any stress of either having to run to the store for these small items or improvising.

The location was great and walking distance for many activities and food. I will def book again!!!! The communication was amazing.

Family of 3 stayed during the winter, very quiet in the area without any noise or distractions. Restaurants were still open, about a 3 minute walk to the beach, so very convenient. Rental was very clean and easy to work with property manager. Overall, great experience.

Overall this condo was fine for a few nights. The location is convenient and close to everything. If you do not plan on spending a significant amount of time here other than sleeping it will be great. There are no balconies on this building so the listing should be updated. There are french doors in the living room that open up and railings to protect it, that is it and you cannot utilize this (especially with young children). The shower curtain in the hallway bathroom is disgusting and needs to be replaced. Walls are damaged throughout. The closet doors in the master bedroom look like they were submerged in water at some point and the curtains are ripped in that bedroom. The dryer needs a deep clean so you don't have lint everywhere as soon as you open it. Again, if you don't spend a lot of time here then these things will certainly not bother you like they did us. Overall, our trip was fine but would recommend the owners pay more attention to this unit.

We had a great stay! We visit Dewey every year, but this was our first time at Opal. The condo was very clean, just enough space for our family of four, and so close to the beach and everything in Dewey. The owner had excellent communication. Thank you!! We look forward to visiting again!

We booked here for a girls weekend! Five of us went and had an absolute blast. There was plenty of room for all of us and the condo had exactly what we needed. The location was great. Everything is in walking distance. We hit Rusty Rudder, Lighthouse, Bottle & Cork, Starboard, North Beach, Woody’s, Nalu … and they were all just a 2-4 minute walk away. We all really thought that this location of the condo couldn’t be beat! There is parking for 2 cars which was perfect for our group. And the beach was just a short walk across the street away, which was important for us! Diane was very kind and responsive to our texts when we arrived to check in! Her place is kept in great conditions and I would 100% book with her again! I highly recommend this space for your trip to Dewey.

The condo was nice. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and not spot cleaning for what is charged for the cleaning fee. The cookware and serving utensils need to be replaced. The coffee pot and can openers didn’t work. The main bathroom shower curtain was fifty down the bottom. We took it down to wash it but it didn’t come clean. It needs to be replaced and washed after each rental or at least once a month.

Condo is very clean and well kept. It was a perfect fit for our baseball trip in the fall. The only thing we didn’t like was the location since we would spend most of the day at the baseball tournament and when we would get home we would need dinner not many places were open. So the condo was wonderful but location for a fall getaway not the best.

Very family friendly with washing machines cooking needs for a long week getaway. We had a great stay!
