Warm welcome, very helpful, even a cooked breakfast tho not listed, Highly recommended.

This is definitely our ‘go to’ preferred place to stay when we visit Brighton . We will be regular visitors over the next few years as my partners son will moving there permanently.

Lovely friendly owner who cannot do enough for you. Very comfortable bed (always helps). We had a shared bathroom, but it was huge and right next to tge room. We would recommend 100%. Great value

What a great place to stay! We felt at home and very comfortable. Babs is great too, very caring and attentive. She provides breakfast which is very handy. Beautiful rooms, beautiful bathroom and kitchen. We didn't want to leave xx

I really felt at home and it was lovely to meet both Babs and Branston the cat. Babs is so kind and really cares about her guests. She will tell you anything you need to know. The house is really nice and modern and the beds are extremely comfy. Endless amounts of toiletries are available in the bathroom and an amazing shower! There is so much choice for breakfast and if you’re lucky Babs will make you her special crumpets, I won’t ruin the recipe on here! It was so good I will definitely be staying with Babs again in the future.

We had an awesome 2 night break at this property, whilst visiting our daughter who is at Brighton University. BABS is a fabulous host, who provided a warm welcome into her home. We wanted to take both BABS and her shower home with us. Looking forward to returning soon.

The property was excellent and Babs was a perfect host.

My friends and I visited Brighton for the weekend. Babs was so lovely and welcoming we genuinely felt at home :) The location was very good too only a 15/20 minute walk from the seafront.

Bab's is amazing and so is her house, very good location, amenities and atmosphere - would definitely stay there again.

Babs was a lovely host and couldn’t be more accommodating to me and my friends. The B&B was gorgeous and Branston the cat was so adorable! Breakfast each day was delicious and we had so many choices. Babs helped us with tips on places to go and things to do and we had the best weekend celebrating pride. Can’t wait to come again!
