It’s a good place to stay if you don’t plan on cooking much. Would have been nice to know earlier that we needed to bring sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, paper towels and toilet paper rather than after final payment submitted. It suited our purposes and was close to the beach. Also you get a permit to park but still have to pay for metered parking but that is not the owners fault. Overall a nice short stay.

Went for the weekend for our first time in Wildwood and had an amazing time - the property was in a perfect location and was convenient and clean.

The property owner was very easy to work with and responded to our concerns about broken blind by replacing them.

Great location! Our son loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Host was very quick to respond and provide us with all the check in details in a timely manner. Place could use a deep cleaning. The floors were filled with tiny grains of sand (couldn’t walk around bare foot without picking up sand) and the top bunk mattress cover even needed to brushed off prior to putting sheets on it. Overall good experience but the cleanliness skeeved me out a bit.

This place is in a great location! We walked to the beach and the pool was just steps away from the front door. We even decided to extend our stay because we were enjoying ourselves so much. The only things that need some TLC are the mini blinds need to be replaced and the tub drain needs to be cleaned out. It backs up frequently. Neither of the two would cause me not to rent here again.

Easy to reserve, got all detail needed for arrival/check in through email which was nice. Unit needs new blinds ( many were broken when we arrived) so that people that are walking by can't see into bedroom or living room area.

You can’t beat the location of this cute little apartment! The beach is 1/2 a block away & the pool is right outside the door. The bedroom was big enough for my family of 5 to sleep comfortably. We had a wonderful vacation here and plan to visit again.
When I had a question I had no problem getting in contact with the owner.
My 3 kids couldn’t have been happier! They loved it.

Property was very clean and well kept. Neighborhood very quiet and the location is right by the beach, about a minute walk.
Went for a morning stroll on the beach and watched the dolphins swim through the sea.
Very close to great eateries.
Family had a great stay! Would absolutely book again!

We only stayed for 2 days, but had a great time. The condo was very clean & looked just like the pictures online. We had 4 people and plenty of room. The pool was very nice and we were a nice distance from the beach.

We loved the location of this property! It was a block from a lovely beach that was amazing for small kiddos. We did walk to the boardwalk but it was a long walk...about 30 minutes. There is a free splash pad and nice park with about 20 min walk. There are 2 restaurants on the beach with easy walking distance. The pool was also nice. The property was clean. The property manager contacted us timely as well. It was nice to have some kitchen supplies as well. The only negatives were the noise of the AC and upstairs neighbors late at night. Make sure to bring your own sheets, blankets and towels.

Condo is in a great location (half block from beach) and surrounding area is very quiet and family-friendly. Condo itself looks to be a converted motel office although it has a small kitchen and a separate bedroom. Unit was clean with no carpeting. Biggest issue was the noise from the air conditioning units. There was a wall unit in the main room that was very noisy, and a floor unit in the bedroom that was also loud. Condo was comfortable as long as you can live with the noise from the air conditioners.

I rented this property for a bachelorette party and it was such an amazing find. Steps from the beach, the pool was right next to the unit and the unit itself was clean and well stocked. My friends and I had an amazing time and I’ll definitely be looking into this again for a future stay.

This unit is about a 1/2 block from the ocean and less than a 5 min. drive to the Wildwood boardwalk. Unfortunately it rained and was freezing the whole time we were there, so I can attest to the pool or anything else on the property. The unit I believe used to the the main office of the motel that was converted. It is located right in the middle/front of the building and can be loud when anyone walks by or if using the pool/grill area, as it is located in the middle of them. The unit offered everything we needed. The only cons are the unit seemed a little dirty and needed some updating. The AC unit in the main living space, which was on when we arrived we old and very loud. We didn't need to use it due to the low weather, but it would have been annoying if we did. Over-all we had a great stay and would recommend.

Plus: Apartment spacious, clean, could use a fresh layer of paint. Very close to beach, beach not so crowded in this area. Minus: needs more hooks in the bathroom, a way/place to dry the towels, better pillows, a couple of chairs.Overall good stay, owner very friendly and responsive to our questions, local crew friendly; nice quiet area of Wildwoods.

The location one block from the beach is great. We received a message the day prior to our stay that we would be required to bring our own sheets, blankets, and towels. Given the limited space we had for packing this was a hardship and we would certainly have booked a different location had we known this prior to the cancellation date. In addition, you will need to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels, which is at least specified in the check in instructions, but there were also no appropriately sized garbage bags provided. The blinds on the front door are damaged, which limits privacy in the living space. We also had trouble with the lock box for the key, which is old and sometimes difficult to open. This could be a very nice space to stay in, but has a few kinks to work out.
