We spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good location, clean, well stocked and very comfortable house. Badlands about 1 1/4 hours away and well worth a visit. Black Hills, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore all easy distance away. Walmart and gas stations very close by. We have stayed in many houses and the positives about this home are the communal lounge spaces which have plenty of room to relax, very good kitchen and a nice balcony.

Very comfortable, clean and well stocked home for two couples. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better “home base” for our explorations of the area. While we didn’t use the game tables downstairs, we can see where the basement would be a winner with families traveling with kids. Would reserve again if our travels ever brought us back to the area.

We enjoyed the gaming area! Very clean house and had everything we needed. Hosts were great and willling to lend a hand if needed when we had car issues.

This is our favorite VRBO in Rapid City. Great home away from home! If you like to cook at your VRBO, Tim has the kitchen well stocked! The house is very clean and organized. The bedrooms have firm mattresses and blackout blinds. It really is close to everything in town. The house worked great for our family and will absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. My children had so much fun with the game tables downstairs. The gumball machine was a total hit with my youngest! Everything in this home was comfortable, cozy and welcoming. We didn't want to leave! The kitchen is gorgeous and beds are amazing. The owners are some of the sweetest, most helpful people you will ever meet. They were both kind and available for any questions we had during our stay, we are so appreciative of them. Location was perfect for all our activities. Anytime we venture back that way, this will be our go-to choice to stay, for sure!

We recently had the privilege of staying at this splendid VRBO home. The moment we stepped through the door, it was evident that the owners had put in a tremendous amount of effort to ensure that every aspect of the property was top-notch. The result? A perfect haven that exceeded our expectations. We needed a comfortable place to stay while my husband underwent surgery at the Black Hills Eye Institute. Its location is incredibly convenient, being a few minutes away to both the hospital and the Black Hills Regional Eye Institute. Moreover, it's a fantastic hub for exploring all the attractions the Black Hills have to offer. This property truly deserves a solid five-star rating in every regard. The owner's helpfulness was unparalleled. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to choose this home again for our future trips to Rapid City. The beds, which looked inviting in the online photos, were even more comfortable in person. The sheets were a dream to sleep in, and the pillows were heavenly. We were so impressed that we took note of the details so that we could purchase the same bedding for our own home. It's the little things like this that make a significant difference in your stay, and this VRBO home has certainly got them all right. Lastly, it's worth mentioning just how immaculate this home was. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. Kudos to our fantastic hosts for maintaining such a pristine and welcoming environment.

To be totally honest, I had a kidney stone and we had to head home the morning after checking in. We were so disappointed. Especially because the home was exactly as advertised and so very comfortable that we hated to leave. Communication with the owner was great. We will try this trip again and will definitely rent this home again.

Everything about the property was great. We didn't spend enough time in the house to use the pool and ping pong tables, but we were happy to have Netfllix and Prime access. We were happy to have the garage. Easy drive to downtown and everywhere in the Black Hills area.

Tim is great! Came over and shoveled the driveway after the snowstorm and made sure we had everything we needed.

THE HOME WAS SO VERY WELCOMING- HAD ALL WE NEEDED TO COOK ALL OUR HOMEMADE MEALS, ALONG WITH BEING JUST 4 MINUTES AWAY FROM A NEW WAL-MART TO GET ALL OUR OUT OF STATE HOUSEHOLD ITEMS! HAD A CLOSEST FULL OF GAMES TO PLAY- DOWNSTAIRS WAS A DREAM( just need to update the poolsticks tips were broken- add a few side tables for snacking- more garbage cans for each room/bathroom and a few laundry baskets to help keep the place tidy! Master bedrooom a dream- so comforty! 2nd bedroom comfty too but not the same kinda topper aka comfort/ add in some more towels and pillows and it would be set for a large or small group on any given stay! hands down an amazing house to make into a home when your having to travel for work! This Crew will be back again for the Black Hills Stock Home show stay! I would recommend, adding a booklet of places to go eat at, dancing to music at, take kiddos to adventure at and contact information for a Uber if adults do want to go out on the town ( this was at a VRBO home in Breckenridge along with a notebook for a family to write in personally)

A very nice and well kept property. Very convenient to a number of sites in South Dakota. We enjoyed staying at this property and will have no reservations in recommending this place to our friends.

Our son was performing at Black Hills Playhouse this Summer. We vacationed in this VRBO and it was PERFECT! Host was extremely responsive with arrival instructions and even brought over a cooler when we were hosting a steak dinner at the home. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend!!!

The house is beautifully decorated and spacious, with a full featured kitchen, comfortable living room with a large screen TV, basement where we played ping pong, pool, and foosball. The bedrooms are top notch as well with comfortable beds. The property was very clean. We enjoyed everything about it. The host (Tim) was also extremely helpful and went out of his way a couple of times to make us feel at home. All in all we would highly recommend, and would rent it again if we ever visit the Black Hills of SD again.

This home was the perfect match for our family on our Rapid City trip! Nice neighborhood and so close and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and sites we wanted to visit. We were in town for a softball tournament and you could see the firlds from the deck! Super clean with a fun game room downstairs, well equipped kitchen and relaxing living space. Tim was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

This house should be the model for the perfect Air B & B house.. It was immaculate, in a wonderful location convenient to town, stores, Mt. Rushmore & parks. The beds and towels were cozy and comfy and the kitchen a dream. We cannot say enough about how great this home is!
