The first room was awful the room looked old and dated and the door didn't close right. So they gave us a different rm on the 2nd floor waaaaay better looked jus like the picture. Im sick they tried me at first lol but it was good the room was clean no bugs and the air/heat worked so im happy and the price was great for 2 days

Arrived at the hotel and was met with a bulletproof protective glass over the front desk. This Protection although important gave the front desk operator a sense of "I will get to you when I get to you", once im off my cell phone. There was no, thank you.There was no welcome to our hotel. The neighborhood o m g. Definitely not user friendly or family friendly. You wanted to watch your back when using the elevator, vending machines ect. The Hotel never gave me a feeling that I personally was safe. I arrived at 5 p m still light out. The room was basic but clean. Because of how everything else outside of the room looked, I felt the need to examine closely to make sure I didn't have any friendly visitors in my bed which I did not thankfully.! The hotel had one bar of soap for hand washing, and that was it. Air conditioning worked good and did not have a odor.

Low cost. Not clean. Not maintained well

Worst place I have ever stayed. Spots on ceiling, patched holes on walls, missing or falling trim, cracked bathroom sink, Run down!!! At 1 in the morning a guy was screaming at his crying infant and female partner. Never heard an infant cry like that. Not sure why they were not asked to leave or why cops was not called. I know front desk heard him since we were maybe 5 doors down. I'd post pictures if I could!!

The staff was not at the front desk when needed. Keys were not working and had to go get them re-keyed and no one at the desk. The property elevator was dirty.

Do not stay here if you are a normal person. The lunatics took over the mad house. Management horrible, they treat guests like enemies and will do and say anything to save their own backs. The location is great but it’s like a crack house in the middle of Beverly Hills, do not go if you are a couple or family you will not feel safe.. They charged us before at reception and then after couldn’t give a room. So they took payment without accommodation. You might get your money back on the banks time, but it’ll ruin your plans. DO NOT STAY IF YOU ARE A NORMAL PERSON.

Had a smell to it looks like there was water damage. Toilet didn’t flush that good , bathroom door didn’t close , didn’t even have soap , TV Didn’t work properly had to disconnect power to shut it off , couldn’t change channels

The place was a dump with mold, secutity issues, broken locks, etc and we notified the front desk within the first15 minutes per their policy that we couldnt stay there that entitles us to a full refund. The front desk person agreed to a full refund and asked for Hotels.com to contact her since the booking was through them but Hotels.com is making excuses indicating they havent been able to get in touch with the hotels for days and cannot process a refund.

This property is in a state of decay. Our room was incredibly dirty all over. Ther bathroom had missing floor and wall tiles. The door was missing the secondary lock.i do not recommend staying here

very unkept establishment. our shower had water pockets above on the ceilings. the bathroom door looked like it was kicked in and then repaired poorly. we had a old role of toilet paper nothing new we had one bath towel for 3 people. and no toiletries shampoo ect. the room was filthy you walked just in the hotel room and the hardwood floors turned your feet black. the beds were awful like a mattress taken from a dumpster springs poking through. the hotel smelled of cigarette smoked as if people were smoking in all the rooms. when its no smoking hotel. we had originally booked our original booking was canceled and rebooked without our permission so rates skyrocketed and we were to be charged double then the amount we agreed to. when called they said they couldn't do anything about it. The main hotel had easy access to public including elevators no keycard needed to enter after hours.

Looks can be deceiving, is what I can say to sum up this hotel. The outside looks nice and clean but, inside yikes! The staff was kinda rude when I came a but early, same when i checked in. The door to my room I had to push hard to open, the door to the bathroom was damaged, and the room smelled bleach heavy( I had to open the winow).

This was perhaps the sketchiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. It was clear that the door had been busted open more than once. Everything smelled like weed and I had to triple check the bed for bugs

Had to wait for someone to check me in. The bed and pillowcases were dirty and obviously not changed. There were no towels and soap upon arrival and after I requested it. It took very long to receive it. Never again will I ever stay at a “cheaper” hotel

The room isnot the clean. Electricity flickers, did not have not access at all. Staff rude and did not come fix toiltranet as stated. Very strange people sitting around. Loud in halls. The health department need to be contacted.

Every time I come here they do their best to accommodate. Front desk is knowledgeable and helpful and if you don't like the room and tell them right away they will change it for you.

Dangerous place to stay, please rebuild

Upon arrival the front desk lady was on the phone the entire time with a friend. While checking into the room we had to sign a paper that said we had 15mins to determine if we wanted to stay or had issues with the room, complete turn off already. The rooms are nothing special, broken/splintered head boards, chipped paint, stained worn out carpet. We couldn't get the TV to work as the remote needed to be reprogramed every time the TV turned off. To get staff to actually fix the TV took 3 calls to the front desk that went unanswered and a walk down to the lobby plus then waiting for someone to be able to actually come to the room and fix the TV. While in the lobby I heard a women rudely complaining to the front desk staff that her sheets were dirty as she had just checked in. The bathroom sinks are incredibly lower than most normal hotels/motels and there was no refrigeration in the room. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't book here again.

Staff was very helpful & friendly but the building definitely needs help.

The first room they had me in was horrible. The lock on the door was broken and hanging and paint was bubbled up and peeling off the door frame. The bathroom door had no door handle on it only a large hole where it should have been and it looked like some one tried to punch a hole in the door as well. The toilet was constantly running. The tv didn’t work. The ac vent was broken to pieces, the window screen was broken. The sheets and pillow cases were stained really bad. The hotel offered me a different room which was in better shape but while going to the restroom I seen roaches crawling around. This hotel is definitely not the business!!
