Terrible hotel, the heater didn't work. The service is bad. And they say it is free for pets, but they charge you $10.

There were no shampoo, conditioner, tissue, fan. We stayed 2 night, no room cleaning :-(

This hotel deserves more than a 7,6 it's well located and it's a very calm place, you have free parking, security agent is present, spacious room, ability to smoke. Ty for the journey!

Overall it was an okay stay …unfortunately pool was out of service…. One of the elevators in the garage level didn’t work …. And we found artificial rose petals from the previous stay under the bed area …

They do not clean your room unless you stay at least 5 days. You have to go to the front desk to get new towels and toilet paper. They do not give you any toiletries either. You only get 3 pillows and those are flat
What I did like is the room is big and has hard wood floors.

Brian was very welcoming and helpful, while arriving at the front desk he helped us with everything we asked for and even upgraded our room for our honeymoon!
We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others!

The large room was clean when we arrived. There is no maid service daily as described on website. We had 2 rooms for 4 days and were told maid service was on the 5th day, so none for us. We got clean towels when we took ours to the office. We also got more coffe at the office, it was good. Refrigerator, microwave, air condtioner all worked. TV messed up if you walked near it at all. Parking was easy, even with trailer we towed with 2nd car. Lot was fenced and guard was present at night. Pool closes at 7, so we didn't swim, due to busy days. We enjoyed local eateries and shopping. Totally inadequate water pressure! Sink was just a dribble! And the hall carpet is still filthy!

I have stayed here in the past and was pleased. This time I was disgusted! Cockroaches galore! Vacationed with my 6 year old daughter who was traumatized by the roaches. Afraid to use the bathroom because the roaches ruled it. We spent a night in our rental car because of this. Hotel manager refused my request for a refund for days not yet used. I was given a credit of $16. Rooms were cleaned 3x’s for the 3 weeks we stayed there. It was a horrible stay. Expedia did help by giving key cash… but couldn’t use it since everything was already paid for. Don’t book here.

Needed early check-in and they were able to accommodate but after getting settled we needed to move rooms due to the outlets not working.

The room was a nice size and the parking was very convenient. However, we had to exchange towels when needed, cofee was not replenished and we had to dispose of our trash since room was only serviced if stay was more than 5 days.

The corridors were dirty and we smelled strong scents of urine in the elevator and hallway to our room. The room, while generally clean was in poor condition with scratch marks on the wall and painted over rot decay on the bathroom baseboards. The room was also noisy as we had heards of elephants in the room above us.

Very bad experience I had been in that hotel a few years ago and it was very good but this time I didn't like the room it had a bad smell the floor was dirty no night tables and there was no phone to communicate with the front desk in the bathroom only 2 little soap no shampoo.

This is one of the unique motel 6 that I know that is in optimal conditions and secure. I saw check in only good people the day we stay. Elevator works with a card which I like it. In the morning I saw people cleaning the parking lot.
The only bad thing was the smell in the room to weed. Apparently someone was smoking and the smoke filter to the room.

This was not a great experience for several reasons. Firstly, there were limited toiletries, with only a small bar of soap, no shampoo, and very little toilet paper. Additionally, there was no room service, no provision for fresh towels or room cleaning, and no "do not disturb" signs available. Parking facilities were also lacking, with just one designated smoking area and poor security practices, as we felt closely observed by the security personnel. The receptionist was rude and came across as sarcastic. The door connections between rooms were excessively wide, and the shower head showed signs of mold, while the bathtub was not clean.
