The hotel it self
Need to be shut down and remodeled the smell was horrible the room was a mess needed worked on a lot just a horrible place to stay with kids not safe and the Environment with all the cats for the price was ridiculous and I still
Haven’t got my deposit back yet from the room I will never visit again nor do I recommend anyone to stay here EVER

was annoyed from the start. There are 4-5 men in the office window but they can't help you have have to check in through a kiosk just in front of the window. Which was super awkward and very un personal. It's a video chat type of thing where a live person on a screen helps you. At one point I had to give documents to one of the men behind the window. It was awkward and super ick!
Place was being fixed up plastic covering carpet in hallways . Construction noise one morning and room smelt of fresh paint it was really strong! NO maid service during stay asked to have room cleaned it was not. Had to ask for fresh towels and that was an argument because they were" already in our room from the cleaning lady" So that was a discussion. We were assured we were gonna get someone in there the next day we did not. Broken down cars in parking lot Uhal rental trucks parked all over the place as that is part of their business as well. COULD BE A NICE PLACE But they need to clean it up. Gave 2 stars because I actually stayed in a. 1 star place before and this was a step above!

You had to check in at a kiosk at the front desk but still talked to someone behind the glass and it was hard to understand. The maid cleaned the room but we had to go to front desk to get more towels which was annoying all weekend

It was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We did not have a working toilet. We did not have lights that worked in the room. There were roaches and the rug smelled like mold, and the staff was horrific and tried to gouge us for twice the amount we paid through Expedia.

The place was under construction with plastic tarps on the floor of the hallway. Plus they had a video kiosk machine that telephonically connected me with someone who I could not hear nor understand, for their check in. It was ridiculous. I've never heard of such a thing.

He would not work had to climb in the window was told by me also refrigerator went out food went bad air conditioner did not work replaced it with a roach infested air conditioner and refrigerator charge my debit card extra money and refuse to give me back my money it's horrible me and my kids had nowhere to go in this is ridiculous with limited time

Front desk employee was a kiosk and a webcam, screaming outside the door, employees were rude.

Deadlock wouldn't lock, non smoking room smoke detector non-functional and room smelled extremely strongly of smoke, no toilet paper or Kleenex, holes on the curtain, electrical wall box literally hanging out of the wall, inside of the microwave rusty and caked with food, mattress is a ripped up foam pad, bath paint more chipped than paint, footprints (yes, footprints) on the ceiling, large drill holes in the counter top, burned out lights, one light that wouldn't turn off and contained to flicker, large pile of ramen noodles (I hope) spilled on sidewalk outside the door. I was blown away. Didn't sleep there. Instead just paid for it, found a $75 alternative hotel and felt blessed that I never have to stay in a place like this.

The hotel rooms are messy and smell like cigarette smoke in all areas of the hotel and rooms, the bathroom was covered and the treatment at the reception is terrible, the room prices are not those published, I had to pay extra money.

Got $40 more and when i get extent coupledays they charged me more 20/night even that’s my cat is not with me

Their check in Kiosk crashed while checking in. The first room i was booked was already occupied. They also didnt refund my deposit. This place should be shutdown.
