Wonderful stay. Friendly staff and conveniently located to attractions

Had a great 2 night stay. Everything was super clean

Got what I expected and paid for; nothing more, nothing less....would have liked a larger bathroom.

We were there for the Rod Run weekend and it was the perfect hotel choice. The location was perfect, it was clean, perfect size room with every amenity we needed. The staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Perfect except for floor level shower stall and short shower curtain which allowed water into the main bathroom area.

Good hotel, no frills. breakfast was decent, front desk was attentive especially with the Jeep Invasion going on

Our weird sink that's out in the middle of our room looked like it had blood in it. This property looks like it was recently renovated but they did a really bad job at it ( wholes in walls , areas not painted , covers of handles fall off the wall , room smelled musty ) Not enough parking of the hotel is partway full.

Brand new super clean with very comfortable bed and complete breakfast. Good location right in the middle of town

We stayed on the 4th floor, and the room was clean. My only complaint is our room was extremely damp and wet. Our bed and sheets felt wet and uncomfortable as well.

The hotel was nice in general for basic stay but there is no pool and they do not have pack n plays or baby cribs to provide although I was told they had one if I just really really needed it which I did. He told me that he was the only one there and asked me what’s the latest he could bring it to me Because he had to put it together I NEVER RECEIVED IT. The hall and room smelled very moist and when you first walk into the hotel You’re slapped in the face by a very strong smelling scent probably trying to cover up the moist smell. The beds are soft but extremely uncomfortable. I kept finding random strands of hair everywhere. You can tell they don’t clean or mop the floors our socks were so dirty after walking around and that was even after I used Clorox wipes to scoot around the floor trying to clean the floors when we first arrived. Bath tub has no traction so be careful and try not to slip and bust your behind. They also charged my card before I even left the state I live in over drafting my account because it was not the card I was using. When I tried to call I called multiple times with no reply and when I finally got someone they stated that it is their policy because they were booked and needed to see whose card was going to decline so they can cancel their reservations but that’s insane because you might not know what card you’re paying with by the day you come here. I chose pay AT hotel, that needs to be honored regardless if it’s a 3rd party. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Having a full breakfast daily, coffee around the clock. The staff was friendly. The beds are hard. No way of swapping them out, we were informed that all of the beds were the same. Woke up sore and body hurting every single morning. Extra blankets to sleep on does Not help. Cook the breakfast meat a little bit longer, too much on the raw side. Good hotel though.

Clean comfortable rooms. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Only issue was thin walls. You can hear the people next to you. Wasn't too bad though. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel the best in pigeon Forge

Me and my wife had an amazing time in Pigeon Forge TN. We had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel, because we were in walking distance to places to shop and eat. We are planning to come back to this Hotel in December. Because the staff are some amazing people. They're some friendly folks.

Room was very small, it wasn’t spacious enough for 2beds and all the other stuff that was stuffed in it. I was not able to get extra pillows due to whatever policy.

Very please with our stay clean rooms. Continental Breakfast was very good. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the parking is a little difficult. Would definitely stay again.

The hallway and our room had a horrible mildew smell. The sink would almost overfill while you were washing your hands. The bathroom door frame was very rusted. There were also gnats in the bathroom.

The staff is not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. Our rooms were immaculately clean with comfortable mattresses that will ensure a good night's sleep. The location is convenient to everything you could possibly need. Started the day off right with a delicious breakfast buffet, complete with a variety of fruit options for your little ones. Tipping is always appreciated and highly recommended to show your gratitude for their exceptional service. Located just off the strip, and within walking distance to fun attractions while still offering a peaceful and quiet environment for a relaxing stay.

Much improved since we last stayed, was super 8. Rooms are nice, parking is still tight...overall a good place to stay.

The bad thing in this hotel was the breakfast every single day was the same breakfast it’s terrible and boring to eat every day the same food , no changes please considering your clients .

The room was overall nice, it was average and clean/neat. The front desk was nice when we checked in, other than that they never spoke to us again. The bathrooms were clean as well. The only issue we had was parking. It was packed all the time and the spaces are really tight and some nights we didn’t find a park at all. Overall it was okay.

Hotel was decent for the price we paid. However the musty smell was overwhelming in our room and the blind didn’t work so we had the bright lights from the main drag shinning in. They did come and fix the blind but the smell was so bad it took three days to get used to and then we were leaving.

Clean, convenient, friendly. A little noisy. Overall a good stay.

The parking is awful in a full size truck. The spaces are tiny and there are a ton of columns holding up the building that are in the middle of parking spaces. It's a very tight parking lot. The beds are much too soft and very high off the ground. I'm 5'9" and had a hard time. The room was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay again if we brought my car and I got the good deal again.
