Check in was easy and fast, and the room was clean and spacious. The beds were AWFUL, so hard and uncomfortable. I’m going to have to go to the chiropractor after this trip.

Check in was simple and great. The lady was so nice at check in. Actually all the workers we encountered were nice. They have a little area to buy extra food/snacks and they take a deposit for that at check in if you were to get anything. We did not and we got it refunded back with no issue. Breakfast looked great. People were all about the fresh waffles. I would definitely go back. Nice, quiet area as well.

We enjoyed our stay, we did notice on the bottom floor that there were spiders on the ceiling with my wife wasn’t a huge fan of but other than that it’s a great place to stay and great location.

The staff at the front desk are horrible and rude. I was told to wait for my room as my booking wasn’t available. After that I was given a room in which the beds were not made and the AC was not working. I was told this will be fixed and the room cleaned but this never happened. Definitely do not recommend!

Elevator door shut on my kids even when putting hand to try to stop it. Gym only open 6am-10pm and have to ask for access. Breakfast just ok

If you're looking for good service and a clean room, this is the place. If you're picky about the details such as the elevator being in good shape, thin walls, or the breakfast having a variety of options, this isn't the place for you.

I LOVED the staff member Brisace who never stopped helping me have the accommodations I needed. She is amazing and deserves a RAISE! I also loved the clean, spacious, and quiet hotel room!

This property was an older property, however it was clean. Everything is so spread-out in Dallas, you really have to know the area so you are not driving for 45 min to an hour to get to to another location.

Hotel is clean and quiet. Good service. Some areas of hotel needs some care and the pool needs to be more clean and with shading places, there was no umbrellas or shade to take cover from the sun. The pool area was dirty.

It’s a good place to say, quiet , just average hotel. Hallways extremely hot, We had two rooms, my room air conditioner was working great, second room Air conditioner was not working properly, It was difficult to sleep, it was pretty warm. only one thing we are extremely don’t like it. It’s paper plates and plastic silverware for the breakfast(Feels so cheap, So uncomfortable to use , Horrible)
Breakfast was ok,good. for the next trip, I will try different place.

Everything was great. Check-in took a while. They said it was due to a new computer system.

The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is the breakfast. Mainly the fact that the milk was just on the brink of sour. After getting in late at night and not having eaten, my first meal could have been fresher.

Check in was easy, The room was not to the Hilton standards. The AC made roaring noice that I couldn't sleep at all.

Room 502 is damp, the carpet spongey and sticky, and the bed full of creepy crawlies. We asked to move rooms and they said nothing was available. I insisted and they said they’d try. I was not staying in that room again. Finally they moved us to 302 which was 1000x better. A whole different experience. Avoid room 502. The hotel itself is old and outdated (think popcorn ceiling) but the amenities and bathroom is nice.

The room was clean and was a nice size. Surrounding area was very clean and felt safe. The location was very close to several major thoroughfares without being on one and in the middle of a lot of traffic. Only complaint was that we had a 1st floor room that was close to the elevators and every time the elevators were in use, we could hear the rumble and feel the vibrations in our room. It was a milder version of living near a railroad track. We would stay here again, but make sure of the room location before doing so.
