Exquisite hotel with impeccable service. Loved it.

Fantastic location. We loved the balcony.

The property itself is in an excellent location , across the street from the port and easy access to the metro . Shopping and dining all within walking distance . The room itself was clean and the view was amazing . Staff were quite rude when requesting anything for the room . There are not any ice machines so when we requested ice for the room most staff was very rude and seemed to be bothered . We booked a room with a balcony but did not receive it despite showing our receipt and booking details . The front desk staff said that this is a problem with hotels.com and not their hotel and to contact the booking site .

Great location on the vieux port. Only downside was no restaurant in the hotel though plenty close by.

We were impressed from the minute we walked in with the decor and the person who took care of us at check in, the room was great with an amazing view on the Vieux Port and Notre-Dame de la Garde, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

Amazing

Great location with wonderful view of the old port, access to multiple points of interest, and so many restaurants! The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, very enthusiastic and helpful. There are two items of advice. First, the mattress is comfortable, but sags a bit on the side. Secondly, it would be nice if there were some USB ports available.

The hotel was very convenient for public transport and for the local bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, the outside area of the port smelled very bad of sewage which would make the downstairs foyer part of the hotel smell bad. In addition to this, when we got to our hotel room, the water smelled when it was turned on for the first time. The shower head did not stay up on the wall due to a faulty handle. One of the hotel staff was very unfriendly on our last day. Apart from that, it was an adequate stay.
