It was a great hotel, but the service at the cafe was very slow and not quality meals.

Stayed for a conference at the Venetian. Easy to walk or get a cab. Great piano bar and beautiful property.

We were in Las Vegas for the Eagles concert at the Sphere and wanted to stay at the Bellagio. It was everything we had hoped and more. The pool was great and the food was delish. We even came out ahead on the slots. Every staff member that we interacted with was outstanding! We had a great time at the Bellagio.

Beautiful room, but, we could not get it cool enough. I don't know if the airconditioner was working properly.

A really excellent hotel, well maintained and right at the heart of the strip. My only area of improvement would be the attitude and friendliness of the check-in staff which on my visit was somewhere between abrupt and rude

Overall a good experience, except the front of house staff at the Mayfair supper club, not at all welcoming and very unprofessional, took the shine off the wife’s 40th birthday as soon as we entered when expectations were high and you’re paying a premium! The wait staff inside the Mayfair were excellent though.

We love it here and will come back again, our favorite LV place to stay!

1. No coffe machiene or kettle in rooms 2. break in into the room and belongings were stolen 3. Emergency button did not work 4. Lobby did not take it serious they mentioned security is on the way for one hour no one came By until i went down to the lobby myself 5. Hotel manager handed over case to hotel security and did not really care that the emergency button was not working 6. Creates an official police report and they directed me to a wrong police station at midnight where i spent 100$ to realize lvmdp most locations close at 5pm 7. Initial reaction ans communicafion very poor 8. If you wanted to buy water and the boutiques were closing at 10 they did not let you buy water 10 to 10 even though you are staying at the hotel Overall horrible experience This hotel service would never survive in europe

Hotel did not give me the voucher for $50.00 that Hotels .com said they would disappointed

The room was spacious and noce. The view (fountain) was great...except the awful looking platform being erected for the F1 race. Be aware...if you plan on eating at sny of the restaurants in the hotel (including breakfast) make reservations WELL in advanced

Service at this hotel is a step above, not the best if you’re just traveling through like we were in terms of room amenities for those not going to enjoy Vegas, very limited viewing options for the movie channel and no streaming access. However there’s no comparison for front desk service, despite a long line for the check in desk our experience was quick and personable , Alejandro helped us and he was exceptional. The room service menu was comprehensive and inclusive for all folks with dietary restrictions, for which I do not have, and the food quality was exceptional. Tip appropriately and you will have an excellent experience and unmatched service.

Hotel was fine. Service was good. As an early riser it was next to impossible to get a cup of coffee ( hotel advertises 17 restaurants) at least put a coffee maker in the room. Very expensive but i knew that before i left - large bottle of water 7$ +.a watered down martini 25.00 ++ i guess i got old and remembered how it used to be.

I paid more for a better room (Spa ) room and it was the worst. Our room was facing a parking structure and the noise at night was horrible. We didn’t sleep for the 2 nights we were there

Excellent property. Pool bar and housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to take care of guests. Great location for walkability on the strip!

Should have coffee in the room and some free bottled water

It is a nice hotel. I just thought the bed was a little too firm and the price was ridiculously high for the room. Otherwise everything else seemed good.

Extremely Smokey smelling. Even our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not as luxurious as we remembered. Long lines and too crowded.

No fridge space for personal items

A nice hotel, but didn’t quite live up to its 5 stars. This was mainly due to a few cleaning mishaps; we found a coin on the floor, some of the bottles in the mini fridge was already partly used by previous guests, room service had forgotten a cleaning towel in the bathroom), and extremely long queue and inefficient front desk. But other than that, a really lovely hotel

Thay charge 24 dolars a bottle at the room. Would it be so hard to offer one bottle a day? There are no vanity kits at the bathroom. Although our room was available we came back at 4pm and the room wasnt clean still. There is way too many people at the lobby, corridors, restaurants. They charge for the parking even for guests.

The check in was terrible, a massive line and very slow. As the room was not ready and early check in was not available we had to queue up twice, all in waited in line for 45 minutes each time. Staff at reception was not very friendly compared to other hotels and items that can be booked in the app like late check out are not offered at the front desk. Cleaning staff was lovely though. Location is good, but that’s the same for the other hotels on the strip. Benefit was that the gym was well equipped.

An amazing stay at Bellagio. We were in the spa tower, nice clean rooms. Lively hotel, classy. Only thing that isn’t so great is the tiny room available within the fridge for someone to put their leftovers (90% of the fridge is reserved for stocked goods/drinks).

Stayed in a two-bedroom penthouse suite, the accommodation was of a very high-standard. New & modern and well-recommended. The casino area is one of the nicest / cleanest on the strip. Pool area is large with plenty of areas to relax. Arguably one of the quieter hotels to stay in, clientel was a bit older (60+). Would recommend and stay again.

We have stayed two days with my mom, the bathroom shower faucet was broken, and the water coming from the shower was too weak and the she shampoo and hair conditioner was not good according to the hotels name.

Great stay. Loved the small bites at Como! The pool is the place to be. Lots of room and great service around the pool!

Room hand whole in plaster from missing door stop at front door. No coffee maker in room - even cheap hotels/ motels have a coffee maker. Continental breakfast $32 cup coffee and three mini very small pastries, plus delivery charge , tip, etc. everywhere else throughout hotel had normal size pastries. Way overpriced.
