Great hotel! Conveniently located next to bus stops which take you to Les Houche, Brevent, Le Tour etc. It’s a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants. They have a lovely spa - the sauna and jacuzzi were fab. The pool is great for kids as it has 2 levels - a very shallow end and deep end. They water is also lovely and warm. The room was modern and very clean. I’d definitely stay there again!

Since our arrival service was very welcoming. The hotel has everything you would expect, nothing was missing or below excelence, thank you, we would defenitely be back at this hotel or would recommend it to others

The location & rooms were amazing. Problem was with parking & most of staff at reception were not friendly apart from the manager !

Perfect! Only improvement would be that the temperature of the pool/ jacuzzi could have been a small bit warmer

It was clean and comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff (a big help if you don't know the area). The spa is delightful and the spa services are professional. Easily walkable to everything but a far enough away to be quieter. Excellent breakfast spread.

It was horrible stay I’ll never go back to this hotel , at approach treatment was very unliked,15 min to 4 pm they said you can’t check in you have to waite 15 min till time comes and next day you (( have to check out before 11 am )) let me check first my friend then threat me for check out, felt my self as refugee 😂 beside the room was full of animals bugs and Miskitos the very strange thing is they wanted me to bring a prof that there is bugs So I had to catch one and bring it to the resption down to proof that Then they changed my room to a suit , but the thing is the treatment and cleanness of the place by the way I a regular customer and every time I face a problems with them for the same issue treating the customer sense they were 3 star Now they’ve been upgraded to 4 star because of the spa But they are down graded in manners to 0 star I don’t recommend this hotel to any one Never ever again

Excellent hotel. Close to cable car and the bus station.

Room was very nice but the bathroom smelled of sewer gas.

- Excellent food. - A short walk to the main street and the cable car station to aguille du midi. - Quiet. - Clean and modern room. - Excellent fix of entertainment in the lobby. arcade, board game, pinball and pool table Would i be back? yes

Loved the location, walkable to restaurants and shops. Beautiful views. Parking was very limited so we had to park down the street.

Great property in the central area of Chamonix

Great hotel with an amazing view. It’s also located at a very short walkable distance of the main boutiques and restaurants in Chamonix. Staff is nice and friendly. Great stay. If we’re back one day we’ll likely come back here.

Hotel was in nice location. Room size was good, staff wasn’t pleasant , loud construction work was being done next to hotel.

Loved our stay. Close to the town centre and ski bus which made travel to the slopes easy. Ski shop located in the hotel was also a massive bonus!

Third time staying at this excellent hotel. Perfect location I Chamonix with a very service minded and attentive staff. Good overall value. High quality on breakfast and dinner options. Not too big hotel, a much more personal touch. Will come back.

Adequate utilitarian accomodations

This hotel has exceptional staff. We have nothing but great things to say about every person with whom we dealt from the front desk, to the bar and restaurant staff and the cleaning staff.

Very convenient to shopping, dining, and skiing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

One of best three star properties. Location is nice, rooms are ok, staff is ok, not very helpful, but it is a three star. Breakfast was really good.

The staff were responsive once checked in but would not consider early checking even though rooms were available and we were clearly just back from hiking the tour du mint blanc.

My stay was perfect. Breakfast was great. Dinner was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the elevator was quick even though it was small.

Amazing experience - shame we could not extend our stay

Everything was perfect from the cleanliness of the place to the customer service of the staff. Great location and great breakfast. A superb experience. Thanks a lot to everyone at Le Prieure Chalet.

The hotel was fine and my frustration was with a lack of flexibility on what I think should have been a small point of service. Two aspects: I selected via Expedia for hotels with car charging facilities. The Prieuré came up within the list so I presumed it was equipped. It wasn’t - ok, not their fault. The following day I found a car park with charging and charged there for 6 hours at a cost of 15 euro. I had also paid the 15 euro daily parking charge at the hotel. Again, ok. When checking out I asked if I could leave my car in the garage until 4pm rather than the usual cutoff of 2pm - I was even prepared to pay the extra time. Non! I outlined that in addition to the wrongly listed car charge and the inherent costs, my room had also not been serviced. Still ‘Non!’. It’s the inflexibility which is upsetting and will guarantee I don’t stay again.

Very pleasant and quiet

Absolutely perfect for a weekend retreat. Gorgeous views of Mont Blanc from the balcony, comfy, chic room, delicious breakfast, such friendly staff, so friendly to my little dog. And minutes walk to town and hiking trails. Wish the spa had been working but everything else was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Generally fine, but very un accommodating on late check outs or time for breakfast. In fact, very rude.
