Such a lovely hotel! Nice neighbourhood, walking distance to a lot, close to U-bahn. Just love it!

Could not check in until 3 pm. Restaurant is very crowded mornings until late evening. Soap dispenser did not pump. Great sheets. Quite quiet. Good housekeeping. Great cafe down the street, All About.

This hotel is a cute, fun design hotel with a great restaurant in the lobby. Love the neon color scheme. We had an adorable balcony, and the room had all sorts of fun cheeky touches. Really comfortable bed and bedding. Towel warmer. Loved it! Would definitely return. Friendly front desk.

The hotel itself is in great condition and within reasonable walking distance from public transportation stops. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms get hot during summer and the hotel does not have an effective air condition system.

Hosts are very friendly and are willing to help with finding things, like good restaurants, in the neighbourhood. Rooms get cleaned every day

Really excellent hotel. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are styling and well appointed, and the hotel itself is just a couple of stops on the tube from Zoologische Garden, so pretty well located. Breakfast at Benedict’s on the ground floor (separate company to the hotel) is amazing too!

Really cool set up (Quality bedding and creative decor). My constructive feedback would be to eliminate shower curtains and replace with glass doors. Also replace room keys with actual cards (as all hotels have). Both more sanitary options

Very good with a few hiccups. Rooms stylish and retro, nice details, amazing bedding, cosy. Bathroom mini. Super clean. Bit of a communication issue over some room servicing but sorted out. Some staff spectacular - Peggy. Others less so. Comms was difficult for booking which was annoying. Four and a half stars overall and nice bar in Benidict downstairs. Worth a stay in Berlin!

Great location and nice staff. Cozy rooms but very very poor isolation of sounds. I had silent neighbours but every sound made will be heard in several other rooms.

Good-great: Location, Staff, Fit out, Style, Food Will definitely stay again. Some thing to consider; I booked the room with the photo of the sloping roof and loft look, but did not actually get a room that looked like that. It was mild weather but still, rooms can get warm so summer could be uncomfortable The cafe downstairs is real busy (like line ups busy) so if walking in/out of a hotel through a packed restaurant feels a little daunting, this spot ain’t for you!

Great location, lovely rooms and friendly staff

The property is very chic and cool looking. It is also above a great brunch spot. The rooms are cool and well appointed. There are a few shops around and the breakfast across the street was great as well. It is not a busy neighborhood, but you are a few short blocks from some of the great nightlife and restaurants Berlin is famous for. What i did not like about the hotel was almost a deal breaker with this cool looking spot. I was initially in room 110. The room does not have air conditioning and I was used to that in european hotels. I came in late the first night, opened the windows, clicked on the fan, and and everything was fine. The problems started early in the morning when I found that the room is above the kitchen and is as hot as the kitchen. With the windows open, every clink of a glass, cigarette smoked by staff, conversations among staff, etc. fills the room and the temperature of the room makes it unusable during the day. After suffering through some hot and sleepless times, due to late shifts in the restaurant and early deliveries, I asked the staff to move my room before I had to change hotels totally. They did so immediately and put me in a beautiful room (510) with air con and a balcony. I would make sure if you are on the first floor, you are not above the kitchen side of the hotel if so, move your room, or I would skip this hotel entirely.

Loved the stylish interior design of the rooms. The bed was so comfortable and had amazing pillows. But there was no air conditioning and the room was SO HOT. Opening the windows helped, but then we could hear loud noises/talking and smell cigarette smoke from the back side of the building spilling into our room.

The hotel was in a convenient location near public transportation. Check in was easy and quick. The room was comfortable and well decorated. Restaurant downstairs was not open 24 hours as advertised but it wasn’t an inconvenience. I would highly recommend staying here.

I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough! It was a truly amazing stay. Very friendly staff. Gorgeous room. And lovely location in a very smart and trendy neighbourhood of Berlin. The bakery had some delicious cinnamon buns and lovely coffee. Honestly, I don’t know how this hotel is only 3 stars as it should be a 4 star property to my mind.

The hotel and our room were lovely. Having Benedicts right downstairs for breakfast/brunch was great. The bakery is divine. Good location and nice area. Would definitely stay again!

Startet very bad with the girl checking us in!!! She should not be working in the front desk dealing with customers. Not being able to get/book at table for breakfast is not acceptable and one reason I will not choose this hotel again. The que to get a table was VERY long.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we were only slightly disappointed that due to covid, Benedict's the adjoining restaurant was unable to offer the 24 hour service it normally did and was only open until 5:30pm. Missed our late night cocktails at the bar. Food was excellent though. Highly recommend it for brunch.

Second time staying at the urban hotel Max Brown. The elderly gentleman Wolfgang is a gem at the night check-in. Superb breakfast like around the corner at Weyer.
