Nice place close to everything

Second time here and loved it again but the rooms were nicer this time! The cafe in front was a dream and so cute and yummy and great service. This is a no frills place but in the best location in Miami Beach and for sure the beer bang for your buck!! We had a tiny ocean view at a fraction of a cost of a typical hotel. Love this place. Will stay again.

Location was amazing. Customer service was top notch...each clerk was kind and accommodating. Our room was wonky though. You had to walk through a restaurant to get to it. Also, very small vanity space and tiny bathroom. Beds a little on the hard side.

Hot water for shower did not work so it was cold water so they moved us to another room and water was only slightly cool (not as cold but not warm at all) but then they snuck in a $57.10 charge for the new room without letting us know. Scam! How do we dispute this charge to get refund on that?

The location was great.

The hotel offered to set us up for transportation to miami port for a cruise. Night manager promised us 6 adults with an infant (carseat) and luggage. They could get us there for $55. I went back to double check that they could get all 7 of us there. We had a rental car that we could have used but decided to save time in the morning and return the car the night before. Next morning car shows up and there isn't close to enough room. They said we needed 2 cars and the cost would be double. We were stuck because we needed to get to the Port and hotel just walked away.

This “MOTEL” in a good location but the motel is sooooo run down! Our bathroom door kept getting stuck! My grandson was too short to unstick the top so I had to get up each time to let him OUT! The shower was COLD DID NOT GET ANY HOT WATER! NO MICROWAVE NO FRIDGE! The good thing that came out of this was MR ANDY greeted me with a SMILE 😊! I guess he already knew I was going to be PISSED about my stay! DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY AGAIN! Thank Heaven it was a 1 NIGHT STAY!

This place is NASTY. We slept in a bed on the floor that is made for a 3 year old. I am a grown a_ _ women with a grown _ _ husband. At this point THROW THE MOTEL AWAY. This is not a HOTEL. Absolutely unbelievable.how horrible this place is. I FELT DIRTY!!!!!😡

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. They definitely took the time to make sure we were comfortable. It wasn’t exactly as I was expecting based on the photos, but overall I’m satisfied with our stay. Very close to the beach.

The property was very unique. Room was clean. Didn’t like that it didn’t have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker or any additional furniture to sit at besides the bed. Room was very minimum. Definitely not a setup for a longer stay than a night or two.

Hotel is somewhat old, it is divided between 2 buildings, the room itself looks dates and the furniture is old, location and service in front desk is excellent though.
Reccomended for a short stay.

The property was across the beach, the staff is friendly. Has parking for a reasonable price specially on memorial weekend. They offer beach towels. The room was clean. I would suggest to place a fridge but other than that the Hotel was convenient and affordable.

Stay for a few day. The location is perfect to enjoy South beach and the services is excellent

There was a strong odor. At first I thought it was chlorine but they have no pool. I realized it was likely mildew. It was clean but aged. Very simple ambiance. Expensive restaurant with very subpar food. Price was reasonable so slightly disappointed but for the price, I don't expect the Ritz.

My stay was good. The building is kind of run down. The floor is slanted causing the beds to be slanted. Head slanted down and feet slanted up. I have them a 4 syat because the gentleman working that morning was very nice. We were able to check in at 11am with no problems.the gentleman working 2nd shift was also nice.

Excellent location. Close to beach and steps away from several restaurants. Did not care for our queen size bed that was on a platform. Had to be careful not to stub our toes. I would stay here again as I felt we got a good value.

My whole stay at the Hotel was very good the cleanliness of the room the location of the Hotel everything very good !!!!!!!! the problem is that they gave me my room very close to the Front Desk and there was always a lot of noise on the nights !!!!! the front desk had loud music on the nights and the people who arrived talked a lot or made a lot of noise you could hear everything !!!!! but in general everything else was very good !!!!!!
