Front desc was very helpful but the bar was closed - that was a bit disappointing and not advised anywhere when booking the room. Room was ok. Beds were hard and duves VERY thin:( Brekfast was quite Nice!

God location, beds on the harder side but good. Our room had a bathtub that could cause problems for people who are not that mobile. The shower curtain was too long which meant that we stood on it while showering. No AC but window could be opened. Two single beds in stead of a queen size was a big plus for us.

We have been charged TWICE on the City Tax as the reception does not know the currency we set on Hotels.com. The breakfast was ok but it costs 20 Euro pp, you can have a better option just outside the hotel. The packing is not included, so you need to pay and find your own packing.

Good location close to the harbor. Expensive breakfast, 96 EURO for for breakfast for 4 (2 kids and 2 adults)

Very loud (street-facing), extremely warm (but with open window even louder).

Good over all, room wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping shouting and banging in the room next door at 7:30am so no chance of a nice lay in.

Room size was great. Most problems were sorted quickly. Staff very helpful, but it was a pity that there were any problems at all. (Beds and towels not prepared for the number of guests, fridge not working, no coffee for the machine) The rooms and corridors were too hot to be comfortable, and an unnecessary waste of energy.

Room 201, NO Ventilation at all, checked up to where to ventilation is to enter the room with paper, no movement at all. Dusty on the flook. Half a bottle of used water in the minibar.close to 30 degrees in day and above 20 in night, had to open window, but is oout to trafic and did not help much as there was little wind outside and noicy with trafic and party people.choice between hostell for half price and this,,,choose hostell, is actually better

We stayed on the 4th floor with at great view of the harbour. Super service and clean. The hotel is very close to all the sights in Flensburg, and parking is right next to the hotel. So we loved the hotel but hated the boring colors: all shades of gray inside. The same depressing colors were used in an old peoples home in East Germany !

Run down hotel at too high price. No aircondition and old bathroom that need renovation. Location good

It’s a good property and location. But it’s right next to the police station and the sirens are very intrusive.

Windows broken in my room, and very poor beds

Upon checking in, they told us that the tupe of room that we had reserved was no longer available and that we had to pay extra for another room. After long waiting times in the phone with Expedia, they finally gave us a room without having to pay extra. Overall staff was quite unhelpful also with other information about the city and spoke very little English

Decent Hotel in a great location. Warm weather and the lack of AC and a not too good ventilation system caused some lack of quality sleep. Great breakfast.

Nice and clean

Very very bad beds, we had three rooms and all of the beds were just terrible. Super bad condition. But overall very nice service and friendly receptionist when we checked in

No cleaning in the room (only bathroom quick-cleaned) and no clean towels for the second night. No towelheater in bathroom means wet towels in the morning. Beds are worn and one bed had a broken spring. Hotel is very convenient to reach and has a nice view over the bay.

Card payment only accepted above 10 EUR :( So no coffee

Weather was was dreadful with rain all the time. 'The personal who was just one person was not at her best mood. We have been there at least 2 times before and have always been met by happy and friendly persons. I hope it was not the fault of the Corona. The room was ok was we have wanted. The same as always clean and with good place. The breakfast was a cheap variant of breakfast with no fried eggs and no sekt.

Hotel is okay, but a little out-dated. Room was small but clean. I had a room above the street (going right under the window), that made it a noisy room.. breakfast was as expected.

Modern and clean hotel right near the shopping street and restaurants. Quick checkin, clean and light room with harbor view and coffee/tea making facilities. Super quiet and comfy beds

The bathroom should have a mat you could stand on in the bathtub, not for me but for old people who might fall

Nice hotel...but...listing on Hotels.com (and elsewhere) is slightly misleading. They claim to have a restaurant and bar. They have neither. Granted there is a small disclaimer that food and beverage services may be affected by Covid-19 restrictions. However, they also claim to have a bar and a restaurant serving international cuisine. We expected that there may be limited seating or restricted hours or even a limited menu, but arrived to discover the bar was a vending machine in the lobby with limited drinks and snacks and there was absolutely NO restaurant serving food (although breakfast is still available in the mornings). That said, it would not deter us from staying there again as there are several restaurants within easy walking distance and the English Pub is almost right next door. The rooms were clean, tidy and pleasant and staff were all very cheerful and helpful. Just a let down when we had expected bar and restaurant services to be available on-site. One other thing, and this is not a uniquely Ramada Flensburg thing, is that there are no ventilation controls in the room, like AC or heat. Apparently this is Germany-wide "thing". No hotels in Germany have in-room HVAC controls, so if it's a warm evening and you want some cool air. you need to have the window open and put up with the street noise.
