The wifi service was very weak and sporadic. Also, the elevator wasn't working 2 of the 3 days of our stay. Breakfast food was average. Otherwise, the staff was responsive, polite and accommodating. Very clean rooms and lobby.

Two day vacation. We arrived at 10am and they allowed us to check in early. This was brilliant since we flew a red eye from new York. Their honest lounge is a great hang out spot and has coffee.

Staff was amazing. Armand and Angelique assisted us in getting a doctor for an unforeseeen medical reason. Very personable service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel for its price and location!! Bed is super comfortable, staff members , especially Arman, are all very nice and it’s location is absolutely perfect.

This hotel was really great. We stayed for 3 nights and felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. Fantastic location and super clean room. The bed wasn't that comfortable and there was a lack of plug sockets but this definitely didn't dampen our stay.

Adonis was extremely helpful and very friendly. He offered us recommendations, directions, etc. One of the friendliest ppl we met in France. The hotel was ok However to be fair I do not normally stay in 3 star hotels. My expectations may be a bit high. The water was too hot, never gets cold, the room is tight, the hairdryer was broken and the phone did not work. The stairs need a complete redo. Otherwise it was very central. It’s a safe area very close to everything- Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, subway, etc.

The location was excellent; very central to many locations. Unfortunately, we were there right before the Paris Olympics and there were many barricades, so we can't comment much more on that.

The hotel was a peefect location and easy to get to anywhere in Paris. The staff was wonderful and room was very clean.

Great location (5 min walk to champs Elysées) Yummy breakfast. Huge tub (had too many knobs to figure out though), an extremely small room ( we had no space to open both luggages on the floor). The staff was friendly and helped us getting taxis in he midst of the Olympic chaos…

The staff were awesome. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and the location was ideal. We were close the major shopping district and the Parc de Triomphe! I would have rated as a 5 but the room (#11) was very small. I would definitely stay here again in a larger room.

We loved our stay at Hotel Marceau Champs Elysees. The room was super clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location allowed us to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe easily. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance. The Metro was also close by. I would definitely stay there again! Merci!

No WIFI available, tiny room, could barely open washroom door because it was so close to the bed. But this is a great location, and the price is reasonable for the area.

Nice hotel in good location. Rooms are small but clean.

The staff was friendly and the room was an appropriate size for the two of us. Conveniently located between the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph therefore many shops and restaurants to get to.

Very convenient location

Small room and bathroom doors open into the bed. No bathroom amenities such as shower caps, vanity and sewing kits. Hard to find hotel by Uber or taxi.

Excellent location. Approximately 15 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Friendly staff. Small but perfectly formed. How you would imagine a traditional Parisien hotel to be.
